User Friendly, mostly clear information and Competitive pricing. Website generally brilliant. Needed answer to admin charges for changes. Lady on helpdesk was new and was reluctant to admit lack of knowledge and only looked for help after I asked my point insistently. (disappointing - no shame in being new and not knowing) Still not sure I was given correct information. Was told there is an app, and still struggling to find it
