The lady who dealt with my renewal was very professional and very helpfull. I was renewing my policy with a couple of changes.. She was very patient.

I cancelled my policy online and yet they decided to renew my policy anyway. Do not trust their cancellation process.

The agent kept trying to get us to take out additional coverage we said repeatedly said we don’t need them, our fear now is should we be unfortunate to be in that position, how will it be handled
