Took ages to answer the phone but lots of apologies for the wait then call answered very courteously and my problem quickly resolved.

Do:not like the initial renewal letter price is too high however the chat with the lass brought back down to acceptable level

I've just spent time making an enquiry for single trip holiday cover to Spain for 10 days. I have two medical conditions that I declared and therefore answered all of their questions regarding treatment, both past and current. I accepted their quotation and paid immediately. Having just received my policy documents, none of the medical conditions are declared. I called them to enquire and they said they would have to be declared again and this would increase the premium. I told them to cancel the policy and refund the money (it takes 5 working days to get your money back). I've just taken out a policy with another company which was cheaper and they have my medical conditions declared. I'm writing this review to advise anyone to make sure they check their policy documents to ensure any declared medical conditions are confirmed on the policy.
