I was looking for European Insurance to cover Morocco and your name came up. The website was so easy to use and the price is really good too.

So easy to use and affordable

Called as unable to get quote online for two centre holiday. Person I spoke with was very helpful got quote for Singaphore and Bali ( Indonesia) and completed.

Straightforward and easy to understand information from the Staysure representative Bethany. Everything was explained in a friendly way and all questions were asked in a professional manner. Very happy with my policy and the price quoted for annual cover.

I bought two policies one for me and one for my partner. I’ve used you for many years. The customer service was like dealing with a couple of Ai robots. I paid for two policies and only received one…they would not tell me if my partners had gone through or existed as it breached data protection even though I filled it out and paid for it. All I wanted to know if the two policies existed that I paid for…quite simple… it was so over complicated and not very human actually. The customer services in South Africa insisted on explaining the rules in a stern and professional manner which made no sense on a human level. This doesn’t fill me with confidence that should anything happen whereby we would need the cover… it would be dealt with in a compassionate way… a very surreal experience. I’m switching next time…
