I have been a Squirrel customer for 2 years. From the quick installation at the start to the reliability over the 2 years the service has been excellent, Because of this I have renewed for a further 2 years. Renewing the contract was easy and facilitated by excellent customer services from Daniel and Harrison, who gave fast friendly advice and sorted the change in contract quickly and efficiently. It’s great to not have to get into catch 22 situations that you get trying to contact and get information from some of the larger providers, especially those with offshore customer services. Overall great company!
Installation engineer was very diligent & organised a new fibre optic cable installation due to faulty original cable. Sorted with 2 hours.

Service went down for 6 days and I was compensated £2. When asked why it was so low, it was because they operate by business days and claimed that they were so cheap that they don't give real compensation for lost service. Please also note the tone of the reply. This is how all communication has been towards me. I did not once ask for a significant refund, just one that represented the 6 days I had without service. You get what you pay for I guess. Avoid.
No internet upstairs although I only live in a 3 bedroom house, told I can pay more a month for a booster. The customer service man I spoke to was very unhelpful and rude, to the point I do not want to ring and deal with this company over the phone again, he was gaslighting me telling me I was been aggressive in the questions I was asking when I wasn’t! The internet to not connect to some major companies like Atlantic airways so I’ve had to use my phone on 5G I was also told by him that the 12 day cooling off period starts from the day you sign up so your pretty much left with none of them days by the time it is installed! Can not wait to move supplier!

Took out broadband with this company and my installation got cancelled reason being my credit score wasn't good enough it's £29 a month what a joke I've never missed a payment on anything i wanted Internet not a mortgage
Am very surprised at the service we are getting, after having virgin for so many years was expecting a slow download etc, but no, very quick indeed, would recommend anytime
For a few days I have been a happy owner of the internet from squirrel, and the installation was carried out via ms3.net (without problems) the router connected from squirrel worked as it should, but it turned out that google nest hub max and Smart sockets do not work, I will add that two Smart TVs, three smartphones, two Xbox X series, printer, tablet, scale it worked. For me, Smart sockets and google home nest are something more like devices because they help me automate my home. I wrote to support asking if something can be done about it, on the same day Mr. Harrison P. from Service Delivery Specialist, contacted me via email changing the router settings remotely and bam!!! everything is back to normal and everything works like on the old internet from kcom, thank you for such professional and quick help (new contract from KCOM-35£ for 300mbps) squirrel smash this offer because for the first three months I have it for £1, and then for 21 months £29.99 for 900mbps, without increasing fees in the middle of the contract like kcom does! Over wifi I get about 600mbps, and over the ethernet cable 850mbps, bassed very good result, upload is match i.e. it is very similar to download, the router has a better range than the previous one is link, plus it mounts perfectly in place of the old router. I recommend it!
I had to ring up regarding a little problem which they sorted it asap. Was very friendly the customer service cant fault them.
Great guy performing the installation : courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate! Overall it's been a hassle free changeover from my old supplier and most of all the Internet speeds are great!
No issues with the broadband or the installation. I would have preferred to receive the router immediately after installation was carried and the installer could have ensured it was working OK, more for peace of mind than anything else

Excellent service & a quick changeover
Brilliant installation by Freedom Fibre, efficient and very neat and tidy. The self installation of the router was very simple and works very well, the only let down was Royal Mails delivery driver not knowing how to use a Ring doorbell so I didn’t receive the router for 4 days
Installation performed early on scheduled date, router arrived next day. Had to ring customer services on a couple of occasions, got through within minutes and customer services very helpful.
Quick easy install only down side is the router is dispatched until been installed so can’t use the service straight away
