Little to no compensation for bad service
Service went down for 6 days and I was compensated £2. When asked why it was so low, it was because they operate by business days and claimed that they were so cheap that they don't give real compensation for lost service. Please also note the tone of the reply. This is how all communication has been towards me. I did not once ask for a significant refund, just one that represented the 6 days I had without service. You get what you pay for I guess. Avoid.
