The switch was very straight forward and the reason I took it up it was half of what I was paying and went according to plan. I only rated four stars as I think it would have been easier if the engineer could have set the router up as well although not difficult would be for older people or individuals without tech savvy teenagers
Very organised, lots of communication ahead of install and plug and play for the router ensuring we were up and running quickly.
Early days but so far first class Harrison P helped me with a password router issue, fast, friendly and very helpful, highly recommended.
Quick setup & tidy. Worked soon as router came, very easy and the best thing it's half the price of KCOM!

Quick and hassle free
Operatives attended on time and worked cleanly and politely. All left working ok. Porting of existing landline number took 7 days but happened seamlessly.
I’ve never experienced such rude customer service when all I was doing was enquiring about taking out a contract. Mind blowing.
It has been a very smooth transition to Squirrel from my previous provider. Install date was quick and the team who did the work were helpful and quick. The actual service has been great, paid for the 900mb pack and currently hitting 950ish wired and between 300-600 wireless depending on where I am. The ping is low as well compared to my previous provider. Would definitely recommend for clear communication. Only downside is that I would appreciate an account portal so that I can track usage and spend etc

They made the transfer from my old provider seamless and the installation was done very quickly and there wasn't a spec of dust. Price is half what I was paying before and speed of Internet is amazing.

The young boys working at Squirrel need a lesson in manners. I’ve worked in customer service myself and am appalled by the manner in which I’ve been spoken to, on several occasions, by the call staff. To be a prospective customer and have churlish remarks made as well as rude and derogatory questions, whilst only trying to have an offer honoured by the company, is quite frankly disgusting. A quick tip: being rude and tactless does not get the best out of people, nor will it expand your customer base. This ‘company’ seems to be a couple of uni students in a dormitory taking calls and doing as they please. What’s more, you can only get to speak to a forked-tongued ‘advisor’ 9-5, so God help you should you have any problems after installation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS P.S in view of Squirrel’s reply… the engineers had encouraged me to investigate the matter before they began the installation, and were equally appalled by the ‘customer service’ I encountered!
