Everything was done on time and exactly as promised. Staff were prompt, polite and communicative.

A very good experience with good customer service. The only thing which went wrong on switchover day was a red globe light on the router so we did not have internet for 2 days which was frustrating. When I rang to complain it was resolved within a matter of minutes.

Great service from start to finish! And you actually get to speak to someone without being on the phone for ages !

I was kept informed all through the installation process which went very smoothly. The swap from my previous cable provider was handled automatically and this also went smoothly. The quality of the connection so far is excellent and speeds upload and download are insane! Its been in about two weeks now so early days but great so far!

Just a few words to say so far so good and very impressed up to now, installed on the 1st April, Router arrived the 2nd April - very easy to set up. We have the landline as well which does take a few extra days to transfer over if you are keeping your same number and all good now. Customer service is excellent so far, quick to answer calls and give advice. 5 stars all the way and hopefully fingers crossed this will continue (only 9th April now). No issues at all with broadband. And best of all saving me £35 + a month with my previous supplier KCOM. Very happy new customer +++++

Great service from the guys laying the cable and the guy fitting indoors. Paying half what I was and with nearly twice the speed. Helpline was quick to answer and solved my problem immediately. It's a no brainer.

Good internet service so far, and the switchover process was very smooth and saved me a lot of hassle trying to cancel with Virgin. It is also about 1/3 the price of what I was paying for Virgin. The router arrived perfectly on time and everything has worked perfectly so far. The only bad point is that when the installation engineer came he answered a personal call and spoke to his friend on loud speaker the entire time while we were working from home. The wires on the outside of the house are also a bit untidy but that could just be due to where they needed to go as I'm obviously not an expert.
