Faster than Virgin
Switched over from Virgin. Had my doubts initially because of the much lower price. Well, it’s Fast, reliable, easy set up at a great price. Faster than Virgin infact and I had the 1G. No brainer.

I asked for the info about referral friend scheme. The agent, Lawrence, on the online chat service is very good. Give a very clear info.
Great service from order to installation, everything delivered as promised and on time. Very easy to set up. Broadband speed is fast and reliable so far. Would recommend.

Should have stayed with virgin. Squirrel internet WiFi is the most unstable iv seen (from as low as 87 to 579 and everything in between) my tv is hard wired and buffers way more then virgins WiFi. Never needed to hard wire anything with virgin and my tv never buffed when streaming. I recently spent almost 4 days with zero internet (Thursday evening till Monday afternoon) but as I reported it Friday and it was fixed ‘the next working day’ as in Monday I still have to pay for the days I had nothing. Not sure why working days make a difference when you don’t get what your paying for. I will definitely be going back to virgin once my contract is up.
Great, good communication and so far it's been brilliant had no problems and I'm very happy with squirrel.
On time great service told us what there would be doing and was it OK for us .very tired. Cleaned up after themselves
I stullation was quick and easy once the installers was told how to do the job as they didn't receive information on what the property was like, apart from that one issue to guys was respectful and took care with the job

We had a few teething problems initially transferring over the router from fibre which I think wasn’t squirrel’s fault but customer service were very responsive and helpful despite it being weekend. Have had no issues since it was resolved.
About twice a month get between 0.5 and 2.5 mbs and everything that relies in internet stop working. TV etc. partly I think because they did not sure the router where they said they would when we agreed to contact. Vey hard to speak to a human in support. Have to do the same stuff that I did when Kcom went wrong except by text chat and just as awkward as where they insisted on putting the router, because it was easier for them, is behind furniture
