I got 2 gift cards each card $50 value. I tried on couple occasions to find the spa near me, closest spa was 10 to 15miles away, so I decided to purchase merchandising on their website. And there was surprise for me you can use only one card per purchase, so 2 transaction if you have 2 cards. You can not find the spa and you can not buy what you want. I had to pay 2 time shipping, which is $12 plus I had couple of $ left on them. So I was ripped for $15. This company is scam

Like many others have posted, these cards are useless. I have $150 in multi use gifts cards I can’t use. I have looked for over a year and there are no participating spas in my area. I have spoken with 3 reps at spa finder who were of no help. The only answer I received is that I could use them to purchase products from their website I don’t need. The purpose of the cards were for a spa treatment not products I don’t need. I have escalated multiple times with no resolution. I simply want a refund of the value on the cards since I can’t redeem them for the intended purpose.

I have vouchers i cannot use. Dreadful service.

My mom never wants to take any gifts from me, and I was told that this gift card would be a good gift for her birthday. I paid $50 at target a couple months ago and my mom finally went to use it today. They said there was nothing on the card, and when she came back I went to check the card balance online and on the phone. The website said that the card number I provided wasn't enough, and the voice service on the cell phone said that the number was unrecognizable. My mom was disappointed that she couldnt use the card and I'm reading these reviews thinking this could be a scam. I just contacted the company's email that was provided, so hopefully I could get a refund (although I seriously doubt it). I wish I was warned beforehand so I didn't have to waste money and ruin the thoughtful gift.

If I could give zero I would. I had a spa voucher. I “used” it at a spa close to me. Well I thought I did. It was in date and valid. Lockdown hit and a few months later I got a call from hotel saying they couldn’t process it. I contacted Spafinder for them to tell me they no longer do spa vouchers!!!!! I could have a different type of voucher instead so I choose John Lewis. The catch was it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive!!!!! I couldn’t understand this but what choice did I have. After this time it didn’t come so went back again and they apologised and promised to “resend”. Again didn’t reply and so on. They now say they don’t have John Lewis vouchers but I can have a voucher that can be used in various places. Not happy by now but fine send it. Not yet arrived and have a suspicion it won’t and I’ll have to go back to them again! The worst worse customer service ever. Stay clear with a barge pole.

This has been such a frustrating experience. First off the website on mobile is VERY difficult to use and I am good with technology. Second the gift card that I have is this gift card looks like the multi use gift card. When I input into the multi use gift card it says it does not have enough numbers. It does not have a pin for the single use gift card but that recognizes the numbers. So how do I redeem? I can't! Then I try and contact customer service over the phone and it won't connect me to a person because it doesn't recognize the gift card number. So I try online chat, this is closed when its a Tuesday 11 am est???? Should be open. So I try to email in. Website says its not working. I will NEVER use this service again.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Customer service and communication have to be among the worse I have experienced. Bought $500 gift card and received an email saying my order was received. And that was it....no further communication. I called and they said wait a few days. I did and called again. They said there was a problem with my credit card and they cancelled my order. No notice....just canceled. It was a gift for a shower. Have you ever?

I have 2 SpaFinder gift cards a $150 and $50 that were gifts. I can’t use them anywhere. I want to be reimbursed fir these. You can’t even find a salon that will deal with them. I have been trying to use these things for 3 years. I live in Gainesville VA. My next step is the Better Buisness Brueau, BBB I’m not the only one with issues. They should NOT be able to sale these cards and take peoples hard earned money.

My issue with this dreadful company is still not resolved, see below for details, regarding £100 voucher. once again they said that they would send me a voucher for the full amount, for PC WORLD,.Had an email saying that the case was resolved and my voucher was in the post, 3-5 days delivery. I waited 9 days as it was Bank holiday. I had an email today saying that the case was closed as I hadnt responded (to what?) within 3 days? AND I HAD TO OPEN A NEW CASE! What is going on? The customer service is appalling, please sort this out.

So glad I checked Trustpilot before purchasing one of these gift cards for mothers day! I would have been so disappointed!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Received a gift card for Christmas 2019 but due to lockdown have been unable to use until now. Called Spa Finder to check the card was ok to use and they confirmed all ok, so I booked my treatments at my nearest spa. The spa were unable to get the card to work so called Spa Finder to see what the issue was, they were told that they stopped doing Spa gift cards in July of last year, but could offer me Argos vouchers instead!?! I’m standing at a spa trying to use my voucher and you’re offering me Argos vouchers!!! The staff were so unhelpful when I called up, they couldn’t care less and were not bothered in the slightest about my embarrassment at standing there being refused entry. What was meant to be a relaxing afternoon, turned into a stressful encounter, don’t buy one of these cards! Awful awful company

I have been going in circles trying to use the gift card on the spafinder site. Still can't finish the transaction. Useless!

***I do not and will not recommend Spa finder to family, friends, or anyone. Save your money**** First, Purchase a Happy Her gift card for my wife’s birthday. She wanted to redeem the card and used it for SpaFinder. As my wife continued on with her Spa, i spent the next 3 hours on the phone talking with four representatives and managers to correct my issues of the SpaFinder gift card not working properly or at all. Second, to eliminate any issues, I called both Happy Her gift cards and SpaFinder on one call as I got tired of the blame game. SpaFinder representative ensured me that the card/e-gift card would work. Therefore, I could use the card to pay for my wife Spa treatments; however, that didn’t happen. From speaking with the ladies/gentleman at the Spa I was told this has happen multiple times of the SpaFinder gift/e-gift card poor services. Lastly, I asked SpaFinder for a refund and still haven’t heard anything back. Update: I received my refund. With that being said, I still do not recommend using it...Save yourself the time!

This is my 5th request. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND. Never received my card. You never got back to me or gave me a status!!! You owe me $100 and it needs to come back asap. Your website says your available 7 days out of a week but your customer service via phone is closed. Emailed you all 4 times and yet to receive any eta. Horrid service.

I purchased a $125 spafinder card a year ago and didnt use it and now its telling me the card isnt even activated. So its useless. Im pretty sure I need a refund! Edit- I heard back from spafinder via email and they told me theres nothing they could do. I reported it the BBB DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY SPAFINDER!!! UPDATE 10-13-2020- Kevin@ Spafinder reached out to me and issued me a new Spafinder card. Thank you!

Do not purchase these gift cards. I have some as a gift for myself and my daughter. Several spas on the website have stopped using Spa Finder. Had spa day booked but the spa could not process gift cards. Spa Finder were so unhelpful the spa cancelled my booking the day before! This was arranged for my daughters 21st birthday. I am now left with gift cards that cannot be redeemed!! Extremely unhappy and disappointed with service!

I received a Spa Day Gift Card 1 year ago for my birthday and still have not been able to use the card. There was only one place listed in my area that accepted the card and that place is closed down. I don't understand why its still listed on their site. The place does not exist anymore. There was also a list of places that are selling the cards, they should not be selling these cards in areas that they cannot be used. just a rip off. I have $50 that i have to WAIT until maybe one day a new merchant will sign up with them so i can use the card. That's what i was told when i called to get a refund or exhange for some other type of card.

Scott Michaelis at LiveLoveSpa exceeded my expectations! I had a SpaFinder gift card that I was trying to use on the LiveLoveSpa website and it wasn’t working. He answered my emails quickly and thoroughly (even one at 9pm EST). I was able to make the purchase I wanted. I am extremely please with his customer service!

Unable to use at a spa listed. Got as a gift and went to spa on website but spa was not taking it. Already had the service so ended up paying it myself. Worthless

Please do not waste your money on these cards! The customer service is horrid and when you can not use the cards online, you call and they say they are non refundable. Also, I was given 2 $50.00 cards and the site can not handle that either.
