Excellent customer service This was for a gift and it was loved by receiver

While it was easy to order a gift card on SpaFinder, I didn't receive a confirmation until the next day which was a bit odd for me. I would have preferred to get an email right away.

I still havent recieved my gift card for $125

Simple & easy to get the gift cards

I ordered a Spafinder card online and it said It was confirming my info and that I would get a confirmation email. I never received a confirmation email so I called customer service. The guy said that my order went through and so I requested a confirmation email. He said he would send it right away and that I would also receive an email notifying me when thee gift was sent. I never received a confirmation nor did I receive any notification that my gift was sent.

Don’t buy a gift card they didn’t send it for a while and customer service was hard to deal with.

If I could give a zero star I would do it. Our salon accepted a Spafinder card as a payment in June-2019, and we've been fighting to get money from them since. As of now, the end of October, we still haven't gotten any money yet.

Needed a special gift for my daughter, who lives in Atlanta, GA. Spafinder enabled me to find a unique gift quickly.

Major technical difficulties receiving my gift card. Had to call customer service and have it re-sent. Did not go to spam, junk or any other folder. Too much trouble.

E-commerce fraud on discount that they still haven’t fixed. Don’t buy with this vendor. I’m reporting this to their executive team and better business bureau.

Had a little trouble getting my receipt/confirmation and recipient delivery email, but customer service was diligent and we were successful in receiving what we needed.
