If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. I had a spa voucher. I “used” it at a spa close to me. Well I thought I did. It was in date and valid. Lockdown hit and a few months later I got a call from hotel saying they couldn’t process it. I contacted Spafinder for them to tell me they no longer do spa vouchers!!!!! I could have a different type of voucher instead so I choose John Lewis. The catch was it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive!!!!! I couldn’t understand this but what choice did I have. After this time it didn’t come so went back again and they apologised and promised to “resend”. Again didn’t reply and so on. They now say they don’t have John Lewis vouchers but I can have a voucher that can be used in various places. Not happy by now but fine send it. Not yet arrived and have a suspicion it won’t and I’ll have to go back to them again! The worst worse customer service ever. Stay clear with a barge pole.
