Always a perfect gift certificate!

Recently bought another spa finder gift card for my younger sister in Virginia beach. I like being able to email it to her. She recently had a knee replacement. Had a totally relaxing massage and a pedicure. She was very excited and thankful to have the certificate. This Christmas she just might receive another one. Thank you.

Both my mom and I ordered gift cards (to separate email accounts). Neither arrived on their own, both had to contact customer service to get it resolved. Customer service was helpful - but disappointing on both not going through on their own.

Got a $200.00 gift card for my birthday, but every time i click on the link, it says not valid. No customer service number online, just an email address. Not exactly the "Relaxation" gift you expect to receive. :-(

I just bought a $50 card for my wife. Then I looked at the available services. $388 for a spa service? What? Why not charge $600? This reminds me of all the $300 face creams and $175 an ounce perfumes. It's stupidly overpriced for an experience that might last 90 minutes and two days later.. hey no change, a nice relaxing memory and that's about it. I am honestly shocked people fall for this. I'm shocked I FELL for it. I thought maybe ok. $125 for some facial or nice massage but no.. the lowest price was $198. Absolutely a waste of money. I wish I could get my money back for the gift card. She will never never never use it.

Great experience

I have worked with Spafinder cards for 5 years. In the beginning, transactions with the cards were easy to process. After Spafinder merged with SpaWeek, transactions became more difficult to process. When Spafinder changed to having a number, pin, and crv, transactions became even more difficult to process. The cards are confusing for the staff and clients have to wait longer than usual when presenting this method of payment. I will say that Spafinder brings traffic into our establishment so kudos on that.

My stepmother got me a gift card called happy mom which spa finder.com is on there with other retail stores . I look on spa finder.com to find a massage place and nice and relaxed and then I leave there.... I was there for 40 minutes afterwards because I did not know they had to go to spa finder.com buy another gift card for the spa place that you chose nobody knows that!! Who would do that.... Do not order their online gift cards!!!! I ordered and paid for hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards and most of my recipients did not receive them. It is taking me several weeks of back and forth to resolve this!

I purchased my spa finder gift in June and am considering another for an Aug. birthday gift! It was a great gift, easy to purchase and send!

As one of the benefits of our Wyndham time share, we always seem to have a problem with Spafinder accepting our Wyndham Visa card for payment. Have to use another credit card. When we give our printed out certificate, our spa provider has a difficult time to get it accepted. They have to send it through several times.
