Spafinder

I have been using Spafinder for well over 10 years and just love their services and the gift cards/certificates with so many options to use them. I just recently learned that the new yoga studio I started attending takes Spafinder gift cards. Nice! I also love the deals that are offered every now and then with buying a gift card and getting a percentage off the price but still receiving the face value of the certificate. Well done! only complaint was i couldnot print a certificate as planned..had to email it

My experience was horrible first half there weren’t very many salons to pick from that except it to spa finder once I finally found someone to go to to get my haircut I got an inexperienced cosmetologist and I actually got the worst haircut ever cost me another $50 to have it fixed not to mention mini mini inches off of my hair that I did not necessarily want to lose I do not recommend Spine Center it was hard to get the money transferred over onto the gift certificate

I've used Spafinder for several years for my Mom's gifts. The past 3 years she has not gotten the gift certificates on time thru email. I've had to call every time. I'll never use this website again.

I purchased a spa finder gift card online for $125. I used my work email to have it delivered since it was work related. The gift card never arrived. I contacted customer service to discuss the issue. It was explained to me that some work emails will not allow certain emails to come through. The representative resent the gift card multiple times but to no avail. I asked if it could be sent to a different email and the representative said no. I would have to open a claim for a refund and that someone would be in touch within 24-48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks and still no word from anyone. I just want my gift card or a refund.

I purchased a gift card. It was easy and discounted .

I ordered a gift card to be mailed to me for a friend's college graduation. After a week had passed, I still had not received a shipping confirmation of the gift card. When I called Spa Finder, they said there had been a processing issue and they needed to re-process the gift card. I believe if I had never called, I would never have received the card! I agreed to the reprocess, but I still did not receive an adequate follow-up. Finally, after another week had passed, I cancelled the gift card and asked for a refund. This required me sending tweets on Twitter as well as two phone calls. Working with Spa Finder was a frustrating experience.

Awesome! I ordered an electronic gift card for Mother's Day and it arrived to her email right on time. She was able to use Spafinder at her favorite spa! The spafinder even notified me when she received the card and when it was spent. Always great using Spafinder.

Not much usage or variety though easy to create a gift card and send it in an instant, mostly.

I am a partner and the ability to login to redeem cards is super frustrating and unstable

I ordered a gift card for my friend. I received an email two weeks ago that said it shipped and here is your tracking number (no tracking number was in the email). My friend still hasn't received her gift card! I've sent several emails asking for the tracking number and NO RESPONSE! I'm very angry!!!!!

It is ridiculous that you can't just buy a spa finder gift card and use it at a spa of your choice that excepts them. You have to buy the card login get a spa finder e-card take it to the spa have them login to spa finder.com to redeem it is absolutely ridiculous I'll never buy another one!that did not make my spa experience relaxing!

Worst. Company. Ever.

The thing I can't figure out is where do I login to see the gift cards I have purchased? I frequently buy the gift cards, especially when they're on sale, because they're accepted at Qua spa in Las Vegas. The website could you improvement and it would be much easier to be able to login and see your gift cards in one place.
