So easy! Can use at lots of spas

I bought the Spafinder gift certificate online, as a birthday gift. It was very easy! I had gone to my local Costco to pick up the gift but they weren't stocking them any longer. The online purchase worked out well.

The website was very difficult to use. 1) Received error on the message field. Something about characters in a language not excepted and possibly through a length error when I was well under the character limit. I determined that the field was not allowing carriage returns. 2) Did not get responses from the site saying the Gift Card was complete. Finally, after calling the Help Desk. Determined that every email from this site sent to the SPAM folder. Unacceptable.

I have used Spa finder gift cards in the past and have found it accepted in so many places and very well known! I ask for it as a gift anytime someone wants to send me something lol!

This was a ridiculous mess!! I am with a merchant that took a card with your logo. However, there was no way to know for the client nor for the business that it needs to be called into you then you will issue another "ecard" that covers ONLY you!! It was a ridiculous mess!!

I ordered a spa Finder egiftcard and did not receive though the payment was processed. I am very disappointed.

I had a promo code that I used for 15% off at checkout. The discount applied at checkout, but I was charged the full amount. I reached out to spafinder, they said that they saw the promo code there, but it was never taken off my bill. Due to their site's glitch, I had to pay the full price, even though the promo code was applied because all sales are final.
