I was wrongly charged for two gift cards rather than one. I immediately contacted Spafinder to dispute the charges and was told it would be corrected. I was given the number for the extra card, 6562, and asked to tell the card"s recipient that the card was voided. I also received an email from BHN stating they saw the issue was corrected over the phone. This was almost two months ago and the issue is not resolved and my credit card continues to be in a pending status under investigation. This is not satisfactory. Pl
Love how easy it is to get someone a day spa gift. Only thing was that I think there were some places that did not offer it. Maybe it was specific to places that offered facials.

The website did not accept my valid shipping address. Called customer service they reported no issues with the web site and offered an alternate website for purchasing. This website did not offer payment with Paypal or Discover card (not an option for me) Tried again next day to enter order and received same invalid shipping address message. The system asks the user to accept the corrections no corrects can be found on the page, user is unable to proceed. Selected "PRINT eGIFT" option. This option allows the purchaser to add "From" information and a "Message" to the recipient, but the recipient never sees this message for a printed gift card, these fields should only be offered on the option to send a EMAIL eGIFT, and not the printed copy, there is no point. When I received the email for the printed gift card the verbiage it more geared towards a recipient of the gift card and not the purchaser. For example "you have received a spa finder card' and "your gift card has been opened". This was confusing. I had to call custom service to be sure that I was not redeeming the card on behalf of the recipient if I click the link. I was provided email address spafinder at customerservice dot com to report my issues, and my email was sent back to me as undeliverable.
The website does not work well most of the time. I have to try and submit my gift card order multiple times because of an issue with the website. it is very frustrating.
Customer service is horrible.
Easy to purchase and shipped fast, my only issue is that there was no tracking # created for 1st class mail postage-- so I had to call to verify my item (gift card) was actually shipped. Other than that.. great !
Was trying to give as gift, but became very complicated because we had to register the card and it became a struggle and decreased my satisfaction. Not fun to go through this after a nice massage, when gave my friend one as gift and we couldn’t use.
I purchased two $150 gift cards and neither of them arrived via mail as requested. I called to inquire about sending e-certificates instead but they said it was against policy to reissue in a different manner. I didn't trust the company to mail new cards so cancelled the order and requested a refund. The only reason I gave two stars versus one is because it was a quick refund. This company almost seemed to excited to issue a refund rather than try to make a happy customer.
Both times I ordered (one via email and the other by mail) my orders did not arrive and I needed to contact customer service. The inflexibility of what you are able to do/offer your customers in terms of service is astounding! I wanted to replace my purchase but you made it so difficult that I decided I no longer want to purchase from your company again. I was a first-time customer and this was a horrible experience!

We made our initial purchase of a gift card on March 18 and it has STILL not been received even after reaching out to customer service and requesting a reissue. Absolutely unacceptable.
