Cards too complicated to process

I have worked with Spafinder cards for 5 years. In the beginning, transactions with the cards were easy to process. After Spafinder merged with SpaWeek, transactions became more difficult to process. When Spafinder changed to having a number, pin, and crv, transactions became even more difficult to process. The cards are confusing for the staff and clients have to wait longer than usual when presenting this method of payment. I will say that Spafinder brings traffic into our establishment so kudos on that.
