The website was very difficult to use
The website was very difficult to use. 1) Received error on the message field. Something about characters in a language not excepted and possibly through a length error when I was well under the character limit. I determined that the field was not allowing carriage returns. 2) Did not get responses from the site saying the Gift Card was complete. Finally, after calling the Help Desk. Determined that every email from this site sent to the SPAM folder. Unacceptable.
