My experience with Spafinder actually rates zero stars but that’s not a choice. I was generously given a card for my birthday at the end of March. I went to the site and found some products I wanted to purchase. When I pulled the strip off the back of the card, portions of the card number peeled with it. I tried calling the help line a few times but found that I was unable to use it without providing my card number. I sent several messages through the website but have not received any response to date. I am currently trying to use the chat on the site (not the first time as well) and I’m still waiting for a live rep after 20 minutes. Come on, guys! Is this really the experience you want for your customers? I have the proof of purchase so I fee like something could be done, if only I could reach someone who cares. At this point I feel like my family member has wasted his money.
I ordered a gift card and tried to reach customer service to correct the email address the card was being sent to. I got no response when I used Spafinder's contact form, the chat feature never allowed me to chat with a representative, and when I called I could not reach a human being. I am very dissatisfied.
Don’t buy Spa Finder gift cards. You won’t be able to find a spa to use them at. I couldn’t even use it where it was purchased. Shame on this company!

I received two cards and tried to make a purchase with them. I was unable too because although the total of the two cards would cover the purchase, I was told the websites can only process a single card at once. Total waste! As a gift recipient this gift was a huge pain and I would strongly recommend not giving!
My eGift card simply does not work online. It's a SCAM.

I purchased a ehgift card for my sister in law. She never received it though I for a message saying it was sent. She checked all folders in her email. I sent as message via their website customer service form 3 times and I've never had a single response. I basically handed them money and got nothing for it. And she didn't get her birthday present. Should have ordered through Amazon instead. She got them when I did that.

I had issues with a 500.00 gift card I purchased and after I called and explained what happened they were able to mail out a new card to me.
