I ordered the cushion, back and armrests. When received they didn't fit properly so I requested a return. First your company offered to give back 50% of my money and keep the covers. I said they don't fit, why should I keep. When I requested a rma and refund the fun started. I had to take pics of the wash tag, bag, and barcode and send to customer service. I did this and your people kept saying "I need the wash tags". When I said if you got the pics of the bags, the wash tags were on that email. Regardless, I sent the tag pics 3 times and kept getting the same response, "we need the tag pics". I called customer service and told them what I just typed and they finally said a rma and label would be sent in 2-3 days. Well, I got the return email with no attachments. I called and was hassled with your cust. service person saying I can't send again. Well, they finally sent an attachment that can't be opened and no rma. I had to email for the 10th time send an rma and just give me the address. I'll send back at my expense. I will not order from you again or recommend your company to anyone!
