Advertise that delivery to Australia is 7-12 days. One month later, radio silence. Do not respond to emails at all. Product still not received.

When I received these covers, they did not fit on my sofa. That’s not the problem. The problem is that when I try to return it, they wanted to offer me a 50% refund. What am I supposed to do with covers that do not fit for a 50% refund? When I proceeded to say that doesn’t work, they want to open each and everyone and take pictures of the barcode on the bag and pictures of the wash tag inside the covers. I got six of the same thing. I only opened one to see if it fit. It wouldn’t matter if these were the best covers in the world I would not do business with a company with this type of service!

My first order was for seat cushion covers, and I loved them so much I returned to order back covers as well. I am delighted!! They look great and fit really well. The color is exactly what it looked like on your site (which is a very nice surprise, believe me!). The only flaw is the arm covers; the upholstery pins you sent to secure the arm covers won't work on my couch because it's leather, and I'm NOT poking holes in a leather couch. I have 2 small dogs, and having blanket across the couch was tremendously impractical, so these covers were the perfect solution! I've told many of my friends about your product.

Pretty quick turn around and the pieces were as described. Nice and soft and look much neater than “throw style” sofa covers. I wish they were a little bit bigger - our back cushions are a little over stuffed.

Perfect covers for our 2 light oatmeal colored sofas which we bought just prior to purchasing a dog. I have no idea what we were thinking when we picked out the light color. We tried numerous sofa covers, but there are constantly moving and shifting, and were a true thorn in my side. These individual covers for each cushion work perfectly, and have not moved since we put them on four weeks. I am extremely happy with them and tempted to buy a few extras in case we ever have any damage to one of them. We purchased a light coffee color and it blends beautifully as a neutral shade.

I needed replacement cover. It was shipped promptly and fit very nicely. Great product and customer service!

Love my sofa cushion off white covers…reason for 4 Stars is because they are not spill proof or waterproof….but maybe they wouldn’t be so soft of they were?? Overall, glad I purchased them.

I love these covers! Two dogs and a very active household makes me wonder how I lived without them behind! They are so easy to put on cushions ! They still look slightly tailored and attractive! I’m shocked! Customer service is amazing & I tho k they may even make my expensive couch more comfortable!

We finally received our covers after a significant delay due to a postal strike . The product is as advertised and looks great on our couch . I am considering ordering a second set . My only concern was the lack of response to emails I had sent looking for some clarification around my order during the shipping process.

The items didn't fit so I requested a return label. They seemed like they cared but no label was received. I requested again a return label. No response. I then again requested a return label. Then they asked for photographs of the front and back of the tag on each item as well as each barcode on the bag each item came in. I complied. Still after 30 days do not have a return label. I paid to ship the product back. Hopefully I can get my money back for the product I returned. Will never order or recommend.

Soothing Home sofa and chaise covers are great! I have 3 cats and even with their claws, I don't get any 'pilling'. The covers are easy to put on and wash beautifully. I've been using them for months now. Highly recommend!

I have sent a dozen or so emails regarding missing items from my order. I had 1 response asking for photos. I sent what they requested and it took another 4 or so weeks for a response, asking me to correspond with that certain person. I have sent half dozen follow up emails and to date have not had a response. I just want my 1 bottom cushion piece and 4 arm covers that I ordered. AT LEAST A RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO START. I give the customer service a ZERO for stars as they seem to care less once they’ve taken my money.

Buyer Beware! Sent wrong color and size. Took a week for them to answer emails. They refused to pay for return shipping to China. Customer service never answers phone. They promise 24 hour email reply but took a week. Do not buy! Better options are available.

DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! I ordered sofa covers for £130 , I was charged twice £260, delivering two sets. The product is not as the description, poor material. I had to pay £70 for the shipping return to China so I could request the bank to get my money bank from this place as they never pick up the phone or reply emails.

Never received the item my bank account was charged. They did not respond to a phone call or emails. I just want my money back.
