So say disgusted with their customer…
So say disgusted with their customer service is an understaement!..i have been dealing with them just shy of a year..my couch covers did not fit, returned them to somewhere in China..got the package back undeliverable eventhough address was confirmed.i called..they told me they woukd refund my cost to send back but i had to open a savings account, which i did.they sent the credit to my bank as a checking account so needless to say it got rejected.called them with a checking account number months ago and still waiting.Chelsea (dont know if thats even legit) keeps telling me the dept is working on it but doesnt hv an update and she will expedite it. I mean really how hard is that?..so this company is crooked and has no clue but really stealing my money!
