I absolutely LOVE my covers!!
I absolutely LOVE my covers!!! I have a chaise sectional with two seat cushions. I have small dogs so ordered two covers, plus the promotional two more covers for extras. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. I then decided to order two covers for my matching large round chair. As soon as I received them I tried it on but Unfortunately it didn’t fit. I had contacted customer support for a return because I can’t use them on anything else. They offered me 50% of the money back, keep the covers and they’ll send a better size. I told them that I had an extra chaise cover that I put on it that works fine. They then asked for pictures in order to receive my return label. I sent the requested pictures … front of bags, back of bags, and cover tags (all in perfect condition, except on cover didn’t have a tag). I haven’t heard a single word back from anyone!!! I’ve emailed twice since then checking to see if they received my email with pictures … and still nothing. I do love the product … but a little put off with Customer Service.
