If I could give a zero I would. I placed an order for two sofa cushions covers and 4 arm covers. I received my order but the arm covers did not fit as expected. I contacted the company and told them I would like return the arm covers and they proceeded to tell me what I needed to do for my refund. I had to 1. Provided a picture of all 4 washing labels on all 4 arm covers. 2. Provide a picture of all 4 bar codes from the arm covers. 3. Provide a picture of all 4 clear bags. I sent all this information to them and they stated they only received one photo so I sent them again. After going back and forth on getting shipping instructions and on my refund they offered me 50% on my arm covers when I should have been given 100% refund and to keep the covers. I didn’t want the covers, I just wanted my refund. It finally got to the point where I told them to keep my money and I left it at this. I guess being a senior on a fixed income didn’t matter to them. I highly doubt not recommend these products due to the unprofessionalism of Customer Service.

I kept seeing Facebook Ads for the Sofa Hero Covers. We had been using throws and they never stay in place and look messy. I ordered beige sofa hero covers for a sofa and loveseat. They look great and stay in place. I highly recommend them.

What they state in their return policy is false. They are making it very difficult for us to return just two of the covers that did not fit.

Can't believe I found these sofa covers while playing a game on my Ipad! I had 2 blankets covering the sofa my dog and 2 cats lounge on. They looked terrible and were worn and torn. Enter Soothing Home Sofa Covers! Soft and stretchy, they covered the sofa seats and backs quickly, and they stay in place! Armrest covers come with "pins" to secure them in place. Fabric is soft, comfortable to sit on, and washes wonderfully. A GREAT investment in saving your furniture!

Absolutely love these slip covers! I’ve already bought a second set. They are soft, they fit well, and you can throw them in the washing machine. They stretch to fit our odd sized sofas. Plus I love these slip covers colors.

When I contacted the company to place an order for the couch covers, the team member was very nice and helpful. Replies to any questions following the initial contact was very quick. I was sent an order confirmation and updates on shipping progress. So excited upon arrival and took pics of before and after placing them on my old couch. My pets love them, so I will have to wait a while before I get to enjoy them! Thank you for your products at great prices! Am deciding which color to order for my recliner! Looking forward to sharing my photos with friends and family for them to enjoy their makeover!

I ordered seat covers and back covers, they did not fit. So I contacted customer service for a refund shipping label. After a few emails, they said that I need to take pictures of each plastic bag with cover inside and also a picture of each laundry tag on the covers. After they receive all the pictures and approve them, then I can mail them back. Way to much trouble!!! Don’t waist your time!!! ANichols

I had some difficulties with the delivery, but all was made well very quickly and I love the sofa covers. What a difference they make from fighting with the blanket all the time. They will make my life easier and they look great. A very satisfied customer.

She swiftly rectified a problem that I was having and now I can enjoy my awesome cushion covers at my vacation home ! We have several sets in different locations. They are a huge help in keeping your furniture clean and they very attractive too !

Good quality product. Easy to put on the couch. I thought the gray would be darker and don't really like the two tone affect, but overall my couch looks much better than it did.

I ordered and now looking at shipping information it says " undeliverable" - but it didn't leave the nearest city to me. (Final stop before getting to my town). Never got notified - was looking for another delivery on Shop and noticed this one said returned to sender. They use Amazon delivery. Address is correct. Waiting for response - wondering why no notice.

When I received these covers, they did not fit on my sofa. That’s not the problem. The problem is that when I tried to return them, they wanted to offer me a 50% refund. The order confirmation says 30 day full refund guaranteed. THIS IS A LIE. What am I supposed to do with covers that do not fit for a 50% refund?. I only opened one to see if it fit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

The cushion covers I ordered were perfect! It did take a bit to get there. I ordered a color that I thought would match but ultimately decided the color wasn't right after I received them. It was much easier than I thought to exchange for another color. I simply reached out, via e-mail, received a shipping label, printed it out, mailed the first color back and received the color that worked in short order. Overall, a very positive experience. I'm very happy with the quality and the way the product brought new life to my old couch.
