I have spent so much money over the years looking for acceptable covers for my couch, loveseat and recliner. These are the BEST covers ever! That each back and each seat are separate pieces with elastic is so perfect! I have already referred them to family members! Thank you!

We placed an order and we were pleased with the fit for the most part, however we had ordered 2 armrest covers but only received one. I have sent several emails, with a response to only one of them stating our order was still being shipped. But when we clicked on the attached tracking number it showed delivered. I followed up with 2 more emails without any response. Tried calling the 800 number and get a recording to send an email. We wanted to order a second set but with this lack of communication we will continue to look elsewhere

First time buyers and we couldn't be happier with the product. We got sofa seat and back covers, plus one lounge size. They fit perfectly and they look great too! Very cozy, too.

Shipped quickly and it stretches nicely to fit the couch cushions. I also really like the pattern to it.

Bought covers for a new sectional,got them delivered and found out they wouldn't fit as my sectional has oversized cushion,talked with customer service and explained what was wrong and they sent me a return label and we got squared away,they were prompt friendly and more than willing to help me fix my issue, I would recommend Soothing Home to all my friends and family,thank you.

LOVE THEM! Can’t believe how good they look and feel and how easy they are to put on. The ones I bought for my recliners…I thought no way these are going to work because I have electric recliners. They fit great and look great! I’m ecstatic! I have dogs and these are just the best thing ever. Plus I love being creative with the colors!

They claim the covers are highly absorbent and spill proof. That is a flat out LIE! So if protecting your couch from liquid is a priority don’t bother with these. They are expensive, but they are not all that is promised. Liquid goes right through!!!!

These covers are the bomb! They stay put when my 70 lb dog jumps on my sofa, which is also his back scratcher apparently. The color is beautiful blue just as pictured on the website. I haven’t washed them yet but the fabric seems pretty sturdy, although they are soft. I would definitely order these again! They also arrived very quickly, in just a few days. Thank you for saving my furniture!

I was't sure that they would fit because I have two large cushions, but it's a good fit that has stayed put. It looks way better than what I had on before.

My ordering, delivery and the entire process was great. Quality of product seems to be good. The size seems to be a little too large for our cushions. I ordered the back covers for the back and seat thinking they would fit better, still slightly loose. Thanks Erhardt Rempler

I love this product. I bought both the seat covers for sofa and seat and back covers for recliner. All stay in place so well even when my dog scratches at it. I would definitely recommend.

Service was great seat and back coverers great but arm covers are not a good fit and not worth the money

I ordered the seat covers and they arrived within a few days. They go on easily and they blend in with my couch so much that you barely know they are on.

The order came on time. The colors matched my sofas almost exactly and look so much better than the sheets and towels I was using to protect them from my dog. He seems to like them, too. The stretchiness of the material helps them fit great and stay in place.

I ordered sofa covers on 9/24 and was told 8-10 days for delivery. I had no idea the product was shipped from China, which just means it takes a while. The tracking has been ridiculously inaccurate. After sending another email to customer service, they informed me my order was lost and they would send another. I asked for a refund and found another vendor. I probably just lost my money based on these comments.

Awful customer service. It’s impossible to return an order and receive a refund. Their website says that if you want to return the order they will provide a shipping label. Please keep in mind that if you hear back from them they will tell you to ship a return to China and pay for it.
