Terrible customer service
I ordered the Soothing Home sofa covers with hope. They looked very nice and the reviews on their website were good. I should have looked further. I received them in about a week. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised. They were packaged well and looked well made. Unfortunately they did not fit my cushions. I immediately requested a return label so that I could return them. Soothing Home responded asking for the dimensions of my cushions. I sent them the info they requested. Received no response. Four days later I again emailed them requesting an update. Nothing. Emailed again two days later. Finally, I received communication from them instructing me how to put them on. I replied that I wanted a refund and to send return label. Again, no response for a couple of days. Then I was offered a 50% refund and I could keep the covers. I replied I wanted a full refund. They then stated that I had to send pictures of the washing instruction label, front and back of each of the individual packages. That was 22 pictures. I have not heard a thing from Soothing Home since. I tried calling the phone number on the website but it states that there is no one to take calls and all communication is done by email. If I could give a negative star I would. DO NOT BUY FROM SOOTHING HOME!
