I like the product delivery was delayed took several weeks. packaging was ripped up and duct taped over it no 'free gift' as advertised.

I purchased two sets of sofa covers and couldn't be happier with them. I have two dogs - a small one and a large one. They shed but I can just brush off all the lose hair in one wipe. The covers stay in place even with the dogs jumping. Absolutely fantastic!

The fit is perfect. The color is yummy! Material is soft. I’m very pleased with this product and I have tried dozens of covers but nothing compares to these covers. Thanks Barbara

When ordered it went find but delivery was delayed maybe due to Tariffs

The product is great, fabric and fit for seat cushions. I love them, however, the back cushions didn’t fit. I asked for. Refund, got the return label quickly sent back, but did not receive the refund. A month later, received more back covers that still didn’t work. Asked for a refund, was told I would have to ship back to warehouse in China at MY expense. Told them this would not work. They said to keep. (Anybody need any?). Gave me a 1/2 refund. This was 2 months after my order. By this time I was fed up with dealing with them and said fine. Feb 14 until April 11. My advice is— Order from Amazon, now know that they have these and they are a lot easier to deal with. Same price also!!

I ordered two sets for our sofa and recliner after having read all the positive reviews and reading their version of their return policy. I did get the order quickly and was impressed with the material and ease of use. However, unfortunately for us, our furniture isn't traditional and didn't fit well. I notified the company that day that they were a fit. I heard back in a few days that they would give me a partial rebate and I could keep the covers, totally missing the point, totally missing the point.To make a long story short(er), I declined again requested a refund. Three weeks+ later, after we jumped through numerous hoops, we received the repacking label. After another week (or more), they issued a refund.

The product is outstanding. Customer service over-the-top exceptional. I have 3 sets of these, including one for my upholstered outdoor furniture. With two big dogs and four cats, these covers are why my furniture looks good as new every day. And I don't even remove them for company - they are that good!

The covers didn't fit, and they weren't the level of protection that they claimed on their website. I called to return. The third-party agent said a return label would come in 24 hours. It did not. So I reached out through the Soothing Home website. There was no answer. So I replied to one of their marketing emails and corresponded with Chelsea. First, she offered a 50% refund with no return. I didn't think that made sense. So she instructed me to unpackage all of the product with pictures of codes and care labels. It was over 30 photos. She said when they got them they would request a return label from the warehouse. It never came. I followed up, was ghosted. Had to be resolved through PayPal. They issued a refund due to no response from Soothing Home. Order was received on Feb 28 and it took until April 23 to be resolved.

I loved the covers it just took awhile to get

I was excited to place my order with Soothing Home on March 8, 2025. I never received a tracking email, but did get an email saying my order would be received in 3-5 business days. When my order still hadn't arrived by March 18th, I emailed customer service asking if my order had shipped. It took a second email and several days before I received a response. I was told they would look into my order and get back to me. Again, several days passed with no response. Around March 21st I finally received shipping information and saw that the order was shipping from China - not Nevada as their website indicates. My order finally arrived on April 7th - a whole month later than promised. So although I'm happy with the items purchased, I was not at all happy with the length of time it took to get the order or their customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.

My color didn’t match the way I thought, they were more than happy to exchange the covers. I love the material, the feel how soft it was, I had no problem putting them on.

We are very satisfied with our new sofa covers. They look terrific. They took a while to get here but were worth the wait.

I was surprised that they fit so beautifully. The puppies haven’t been able to get them off the sofa. I bought them for my daughter in law and she loves them.

These sofa covers are wonderful!! We have a white boxer and a black cat. Our furniture was furry all the time!! Before these furniture covers, I was using fitted bed sheets. That allowed me to remove and wash them weekly without messing up my cushions. I was constantly re-tucking and smoothing and messing with those darned sheets. I got 2 sets of these Soothing Home covers so I have an active set and a laundry set. They go on easily and STAY PUT until I'm ready to take them off!! They are soft and thick and protect my cushions much better than the sheets did. They are little pricey, but so well worth it.

Very Frustrated, There's ZERO way to contact Soothing Comfort/Sofa Hero by phone. The Phone number only found here on Trust Pilot has a prerecorded message to email Customer Support!!! 1. Waited for several weeks for my order to arrive from CHINA! 2. (3 sets ordered all together) Recliner set doesn't just NOT Match but Literally Color and Pattern Clashes with the Khaki Sofa & Love Seat Covers. 3. No CSR to phone and speak with in regards to making an exchange for a recliner cover that matches or at least compliments the Khaki sofa and love seat Covers.

The covers fit and quality was as advertised! That is so refreshing! I got exactly what I ordered. Easy stay put fit and easy wash and dry. I am so happy with my Soothing Home sofa covers!
