My unit was broken after 6 months of use and Ava Clarke went above and beyond with solving this issue with clear, quick and efficient communication. Cannot fault the customer service which was brilliant.

i placed this order and had to chase several times with the customer service and it turned out it was lost in transit but they were reluctant to refund me. eventually they said they refunded me but they hadn’t and 3 weeks went by and i asked them twice to check it had been refunded and it turned out it hadn’t so they point blank lied to me. its been a month since i placed the order and i have no item and no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT RISK IT

I tried a different brand that was loud and quit working after a couple of days. The sonic pro is very quiet, easy to use, and keeps my partial and mouth guard clean and sanitized. It works very well with a small footprint.

Ava Clarke made my experience wonderful. Sonic Dental's customer service is really great. I think I am set for a super night guard and nasal pillow cleaning. When the flosser arrives soon, Watch out, everyone. I will be like a running bull in a ring. Have a wonderful day, week, month. I think our conversation was on December 1st. I am not certain. Had a problem a few weeks into using my Sonic Dental Power was very hit and miss until it finally stopped altogether I contacted the Support team and after sending them a detailed description and a video of the problems I was having they replaced my machine with a new one which I received in 3 days I would definitely recommend using the Sonic Dental as it thoroughly cleans my Teeth guard and Toothbrush but it’s great to know that if you do have any issues the Support you receive is excellent

Does not clean as described. My mouthguard was about 4 months old when i got this so not new but not old. The product does not clean as described or shown in the pictures. I have tried it for several months. Using it with tablets makes it cleaner and a bit less plaque but no difference to using tablets alone. As others have said, the return and refund policy seems to only apply if you haven't opened it at which point how would you know if it works. Much better ones on the market for a similar price or cheaper.

Ava at customer services was very prompt in dealing with my missing parcel and after some enquiries arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away. I was grateful and appreciated her going above and beyond to help solve things for me.

This has changed my life! Well maybe that's a bit dramatic but I was at the point of stopping wearing my retainers because of the bad taste they left in my mouth. I cleaned them every day with retainer brite but using this sonic cleaner my retainers are so much cleaner and my mouth is thankful for it. Easy to use and will save me a fortune moving forward

I wear an Essix brace at night and for a couple of months now, I have used the Sonic Pro device every morning using just water. It looks like new every time! I did do two deep cleans using the cleaning tablets when I first got it, but now it maintains with water alone. My dentist warned me that some devices of this style are poor quality and can heat too much, but this is one of the good ones. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the Sonic Dental Spa Pro since August 2024, and it has exceeded my expectations. When it arrived promptly, I was thrilled to start using it alongside my Invisalign treatment. The Sonic Spa Pro effectively cleans my aligners and eliminates odors, significantly enhancing my daily dental routine. I love how fresh and clean it keeps my aligners. However, after three months of regular use, it unexpectedly stopped working, which was disappointing given its initial performance. Fortunately, the product comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. I reached out to customer service and was assisted by Ava, who was incredibly kind and efficient. Ava responded quickly and helped me navigate the replacement process, resolving my issue within 24 hours. She even provided an alternative solution using sonic dental cleaning tablets while I waited for my replacement. Ava reassured me that my new unit would arrive shortly once they had stock available. Initially, I considered asking for a refund due to my concerns about continuing my Invisalign treatment, but Ava’s support put my mind at ease. After a week, I received my replacement, and it works perfectly. I want to extend my gratitude to Ava for her exceptional assistance. I truly appreciate her help and the outstanding service provided. Nearly a month since I placed the order and still no product. Excuse after excuse relating to offshore supply delays and then moving to a new warehouse and then unpacking delays. Unable to fulfil orders and yet they are still advertising over social media. Avoid this company as it appears very poorly run. Many similar products on Amazon on next day delivery at half the price. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as many others seem to have had similar experiences. For one person the month long delay was down to a ‘Storm in Dallas’ At least they show imagination with their excuses. Update: despite numerous interactions with this company, they are now trying to get this Trustpilot feedback removed from Trustpilot by claiming I reviewed the wrong company. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.

Arrived quickly and cleaned my retainers so they look like new! So pleased to find a product that makes my retainer feel fresh and also minty clean. Would recommend!
