I purchased a Sonic Dental Spa and denture tablets to clean my Invisilign retainers. The device performed inconsistently; some days it would start immediately and other days I couldn't get it to start at all. I changed electrical outlets and tried all the troubleshooting that I could with no resolution. The company has been wonderful in providing exceptional customer service, staying in constant communication, and providing me with a replacement after meeting their problem-solving criteria. I would definitely recommend Sonic Dental to others!
Absolutely thrilled with Sonic Dental. The quality of the unit is V well built and the colour also compliments my room. Quieter unit than my previous one and does a great job with the clean. Quick easy to use so all in all V happy!
After seeing many recent poor reviews of orders not being delivered in a ‘sensible period of time’ stated by the company itself, as well as false ambitious statements of aims to ‘ship within 1 working day’. It’s so disappointing to see that many people are experiencing 5+ weeks of their orders being sent ON TOP OF; missing orders, false delivery times and damaged goods. I placed an order late December which although is still recent compared to others, I have had no communication since the order being confirmed. Edit: 07/01/25 - Ava Clarke reached out replying to my email of concern very quickly and understood my point of view very well. She gave me clarification on why these shipments have taken so long which is honourable. With this, my order has now been shipped with a confirmation email. Highly recommended her service if you are experiencing the same issue.
Really pleased to have the sonic dental pod. Was very excited to use it. I brought tablets although it did come with a small amount. Great cleaning pod... however, i purchased my next lot of dental tablets 29th November (5 weeks ago) and still havent received them. Ive chased up on my order for the tablets on numerous occasions. 5th December response was “they will arrive soon”.. its now the 5th January and my order still hasnt been processed. I didnt want a refund because I needed them, out of good will they offered a second box added to my order. The latest response was “wont be too long”.. 23rd Decmeber. No dates or how long a customer is having to wait for their order or any information on delays on their website?! You can still buy them now and there is no out of stock notification. If there was an out of stock obviously wouldnt have tried to buy them. Im out of pocket and still havent received my order. Fully aware that i dont have to use them with the pod however it cleans my Invisalign so much better with the tablets and im just disappointed ive ordered back in November and im still waiting, had to chase and STILL hasnt been processed 5 weeks later! UPDATE: 9th Jan. my order has now been despatched, spoken to Ava who was really apologetic and explained the delayed reasons and offered me a refund. Ava is quick to respond to emails and is very helpful, thank you.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC AND NOT WORTH THEY MONEY!! After receiving my 3rd machine it’s once again gone wrong I’ve not had my 3rd machine not even a month and it’s gone wrong again for something worth £75 I wouldn’t even pay £10 for it now and how easily they go wrong. After emailing each time when it’s gone wrong I email they apologise at the fact it’s gone wrong and give you the same crap about we independently test all our machines which is a completely lie how can you test a machine and it still goes wrong!
My unit malfunctioned after just a few months, which was disappointing, but when I contacted Sonic Dental support, Ava handled my issue swiftly and professionally. She quickly arranged a replacement, making the process seamless and stress-free. That said, the design has a significant flaw. For a product meant to be used near a sink, with a water tank positioned on top of the power port, it makes little sense to see a warning to keep it away from water. Given its intended use near a water source, this could be greatly enhanced by adopting a design that is more tolerant or resistant to water. While I wish the product had worked perfectly from the start, the excellent post-sales support and Ava's responsiveness made a big difference. Excellent product and service. Much quieter and smaller than my previous one and cleans so much better don’t delay you will not regret it. My retainer feels like new.
I’ve tried a few products and techniques for cleaning my retainers, but this spa cleaner is by far the best. My retainers look brand new, and there’s no weird taste, which I have noticed with other cleaning methods. I’ve ordered one for my sister!
