good customer service and feedback on shipping delays

Took a while to get it due to backlog in shipping but worked well out of the box - my kind of gross nightguard I've used for years is much less gross, and when I replace it will be able to keep it cleaner from the start. It's not going to do miracles but it's cleaner than it's been in years.

My Sonic Spa stopped working after a few months and Ava in Customer Support was very helpful and ordered me a replacement, which arrived the next day. I have been very impressed. Thank you.

Ava quickly answered my emailed concern and offered to replace my device immediately. I am thankful.

The unit is fitted with a 3 pin plug and not a 2 pin so it can’t be used in the bathroom. I contacted customer service and they are unable to supply a 2 pin plug so I requested a refund as the unit has not been used. Unfortunately the 100 day refund is a farce as it only stands if the box is unopened and the cellophane wrapper is intact. There is no information on the website about the type of plugs, customer service said it is my fault for having the ‘wrong’ plugs in my bathroom! Really disappointing service.

I had made a mistake on my address and Canada Post returned the item. Sonic Dental was quick to resend me a new item with no hassle. Great service!

I tried to return the dental spa as an unwanted Christmas gift. Between the 28th November and the 28th March I wrote countless emails, most ignored. The excuses were that they were busy, couldn’t print returns labels and finally when they gave me a Swindon address I was able to return the item. Radio silence followed regarding my refund and postage refund. I sent formal letters in an effort to resolve the problem. No response. On some good advice I contacted my bank and they will be disputing this with Sonic Dental’s bank. Trading standards have been informed of this issue via CAB.

Cleans my retainers well

It works great. I love it for Invisilign. It looks nice on the counter and is easy to use! No more brushing my aligners.

DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! I have spent months emailing this company (13 emails to date), they DO NOT comply with their return policy, and even though the product was returned to them 8 weeks ago, and I have email documentation that they will process my return, i have not received my refund and they are not responding to my emails.

I love the cleaning machine. Gets my invisalign retainer and my mouth guard spotless. I ordered the Sonic Stream and was not crazy about, so I wrote to Sonic. Ava answered promptly and was gracious enough to even have me keep it and give it another try but also refund me. Thank you, Ava!!!!!

The sonic dental machine is game changing. I like the way you can clean my mouth guard in 5 minutes. The sonic dental tablet help too. It is great system if you have mouth guard . Love it ❤️

Using the pod makes my mouth guard feel cleaner than ever before! It’s so easy to use, and I am able to quickly clean my mouth guard multiple times a day!

Best cleaning

Product purchased January 16 Received February 15 Did not clean as described. Asked for refund February 20. My emails were ignored, I was blocked on their social media -Instagram and Facebook. Only after I left a negative review here did I hear back from them. I was told the refund was done March 1. March 21, still no refund, and after a few more emails to them, I finally received a formal confirmation email stating a refund was issued. I feel I had to put in significantly too much work to get a simple refund for a product that does not do what it says.

I've had the device for a few weeks and it's making a huge difference in the staining of my mouth guard. I've been using the 5 minute setting and only used a cleaning tablet once, which was a big reason I purchased the unit to begin with. Some reviews complained that its loud but I expected much worse and it's only for a few minutes.
