Sonic Dental

This purchase was my second as stupidly, I got water in the first one, although it worked perfectly for sometime. I immediately ordered another because the cleaning is superb and I really missed a thorough clean each night. Unfortunately, my new one was faulty but it was replaced very quickly. All fine now. The only thing that lets it down one star is the fact that you can’t plug it into a toothbrush/shaver socket in the bathroom. I am also so worried about getting water in it that I have to faff about with a jug to fill/empty it and I still manage to spill some on emptying. In terms of cleaning though, it’s five stars and I wouldn’t be without it.

I use this for mouth guard and it works like a dream. In just 3 minutes it's fresh and looks squeaky clean - no more build up or weird smells. The combination of the UV light and ultrasonic cleaning makes it feel like I'm getting a dentist level cleaning at home. Very easy to use. Definitely a must have if you use aligners, mouth guards or any other type of dental appliance.

Shipping was quite fast, and checkout was a breeze. The product is super easy to setup and use and always leaves my Invisalign feeling very clean!

Great Customer service. If you have trouble uploading a video just email them and they'll give you a hand. it can be frustrating but be patient, they're lovely and super responsive. i love my sonic cleaner!

Sonic Dental have been superb to deal with. They have been quick to answer questions and super helpful in supplying me with information about their products. A big shout out to Sheldon for his prompt and detailed emails. Quite simply, they provide a great product at an affordable price. Our sonic pros have been used on splints, a sleep apnea mouthpiece and ortho retainers with wonderful results. Simply a must for everyone with these oral devices.

I've been using for about two weeks now. It's nice that you are able to just pop them in the sonic and press a button. I do find it works best with a cleaning tablet or solution.

I shopped around for a sonic dental spa pro and the sonic dental company had the most competitive price plus really good reviews . I placed my order with them and received email confirmation . I waited a couple of days to hear when my order would be posted as I am going on holiday and wanted to take it with me . I contacted the sonic dental support team via email to enquire when my order would be posted . I received an immediate response from Grace who informed me that unfortunately the colour appliance that I ordered was out of stock and expected to be back in stock either at the end of this week or early next week . Grace then offered me the option of changing my appliance colour to one which was in stock and then she would also expedite my delivery . I took this option and Grace went above and beyond with her customer service as my appliance arrived in less than 24 hours along with some free cleaning tablets for my slight delay in delivery . Outstanding customer service and communication which is such a rare experience these days . I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends . Order came quickly, item exactly as described and, it did not disappoint! I feel better knowing that the cleaning pod is killing harmful bacteria, making my retainer healthier and safer to wear. Good follow up from the company too, as to the satisfaction of the product.

Never Deliered The package was shipped with UPS, who are impossible to contact. The package was delivered to someone I don't know in another city according to the UPS website. I contacted both UPS and Sonic Dental and they told me to contact the other company. I'm having to dispute the charge on my credit card because it's just AI and no person is actually available to help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Grace was super helpful and kind when assisting me with my order and went above and beyond in her customer service to make sure everything in my order was satisfactory!
