Sonic Dental

My new Sonic dental appliance cleaner made my year old Visiliners sparkling clean ! They now look like new. Using a sonic cleaner was recommended by my Orthodontist and it is worth its cost. No more brushing or scrubbing. No more worry about remaining germs. The unit arrived quickly and is easy and fast to use. I am now assured of the cleanliness of my Visiliners :)

This looks like a great product but they just can’t run their business and get products delivered. After 4+ weeks of waiting and no confirmed date, I have given up and gone with a competitor product. A shame, and customer service were very polite and responsive, but they are clearly struggling to manage stock and fulfilment, and really shouldn’t be accepting orders that they can’t fulfil. I placed my order on 24 March. Having heard nothing, I asked for any update on 1 April and was told “due to a recent audit in our warehouse, we unfortunately experience unexpected delays” but should be within a week. Having chased again, on 10 April I was told “would be in our UK warehouse anytime soon, but no exact date yet”. On 17 April I- “should be ready by early next week at the latest”. On 24 April - “the supposed expected arrival of the new inventory in our UK warehouse got delayed because of the recent holidays. So sad to say this but it may take another week of wait” at which point I gave up, cancelled me order and gave ordered from Zima Dental instead. To add, subsequent to the original review above I received a further email apologising for the inconvenience again, and asking me if I would remove this review in exchange for “a complimentary box of our cleaning tablets”.

The unit shipped quickly and was at my house just days later. It is a perfect size for my night guard which I bought it for. 3 minutes every day has been keeping it clean and fresh. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service and care, Quality product.

I use my Sonic Go *every* morning - because it works! It feels like a gift to my mouth to eliminate the bacteria that would be normally encasing my teeth for eight hours every night. (Don't believe that it works? Wait 'til you see the grody water after you've tried it!) Even my 17-year-old son (who is not normally too interested in hygiene - ahem) says he can really tell the difference on his retainers. I truly believe every person with a dental appliance should have one of these. Highly recommend!

Keeps my night guard teeth protector shiny and clean. I considered several cheaper brands, but decided I should get a “real” cleaner. It is very quiet. Great customer service.

Been having a great time with their Sonic Pro! This gives a great clean with my retainers, and I have recommended it to family and friends! The tablets are nice to use as well.

First rate experience with Sonic Dental. Their customer service is unmatched and their products are extremely high quality. Bought the Sonic Pro recently and my retainer looks good as new! Take it with me everywhere I go now, and I’m considering the Sonic Go as well for travel as it looks awesome. Best part is they actually sterilize it unlike other options on the market. So glad I chose this innovative brand!

Unfortunately, despite buying the sonic pod and tablet bundle weeks ago, only the pod was delivered. After reaching out to the support team numerous times, I have been told this is for a variety of reasons from auditing to excess demand. I have also been provided with new estimated ship dates which seem to keep extending. As they state in the pod instructions not to use any other type of tablet, I've still not been able to use the product and wish I'd have bought from Zima or other supplier who's reviews seem more positive. It looks as though quite few people have had similar issues over over a long period of time so I'd avoid this company and go elsewhere.

This cleans my retainer perfectly! It removes odor and visibile stains and it's amazing! I can't believe I lived so long without it!

A machine that performs as described. Easy to use and leaves the splint nice and clean.

I've had my Sonic Spa Pro for approx. 3 months and would have no hesitation recommending it. I use it daily to clean my mouth brace and in 5 mins, I have a clean and bright brace to use. Whilst there is a 'quick' 3 min cleaning option, I prefer the longer, 5 min 'deep clean' setting, which is still very quick! It's very quiet in operation and easy to clean. Plug it in, fill it with water (and cleaning tablet if desired), hold the 'start' button on the tab and then tap again to get the deep clean option and you're good to go!

My sonic cleaner stopped working , I emailed the company who got straight back to me and offered to replace it. In less than ONE WEEK I had my replacement cleaner . Fantastic customer service 👍

I was surprised when Sonic toted that they could make my retainers shinier than they were. I brushed them every night before putting them in my mouth (I am now just using night retainers as I finished doing my Invisalign a few years ago), and I never realized I would be damaging them by brushing. To my utter SHOCK, the first time I used the Sonic pro, these things came out cleaner and shinier than when they were new. I have now also used my cleaner to clean jewelry and it works! The noise of the sonicator IS a bit of a turn-off, but I throw it on while I shower and I barely notice it. It's great knowing I'm cleaning them without really having to do ~anything~ and they're cleaner than I was making them.

The device worked wonders, right out of the box! My nightguard has never been cleaner... And the tablets leave it smelling and feeling fresh. 10/10

I ordered the sonic cleaner and I tried to cancel the purchase as it had been a few days and still hadn’t been shipped, I was told they were unable to cancel the order but I could return it for free when it arrived. Easier said than done, I emailed and was corresponding with Ava Clarke, she advised I could return after they had received photos to prove the device was still in the plastic wrapping and hadnt been opened. I had to send the photos a few times as she claimed she couldn’t see/open them. She finally confirmed she had received the photos but did not send me a return label. I have emailed numerous times since, asking for a return label or instructions on how to send the item back. It says on the website 100 day hassle free returns, what a joke! There is no phone number to call, and they just ignore your emails. It should not be this hard to return something, they are in breach of their own returns policy. UPDATE due to putting a 1 star review on here they reached out and sent me the returns label. Item sent back and refund received, all the while asking me to take down the review. I have changed the review to a 2 star, only because they were quick to issue the refund once they received the item.

I contacted Sonic Dental and messaged with Ava. Ava immediately, responded back told me exactly what I needed to do and took care of my issue! I am so impressed and thrilled with this small company! Customer Service is definitely priority one! I also must tell you how much I adore my little Sonic Pro!! I never thought I would love it like I do but it has become my favorite time saver!
