Easy to use and provides effective cleaning

I bought a Sonic Spa to clean my mouthguard. The device was useless and made absolutely no difference to the mouthguard as the product description suggested. I sought a refund under the 100 day guarantee but was repeatedly ignored by customer service. I approached them by various different means - email, Facebook, Instagram but received no response. I continued to try and contact them for three months and still never heard back from them. Very poor service and product. Not impressed

I have been using 3M Clear Aligners for a few years now and only just a few months ago did I finally pull the trigger to buy an ultrasonic cleaner after just using a toothbrush to clean them and I can say that my aligners are cleaner than ever. They don’t smell bad because the UV light must kill all the bacteria and there is no residue left on them after a 5-min clean with a full cleansing tablet. The only downside I’ll say is the hinge for the top has no resistance so I have to hold the device in a way that keeps the top from slamming down and getting wet when I have to pour out the used solution. Also, when pouring out, despite my various efforts to attempt to prevent the device from getting wet, the used solution always runs down the front and gets the device wet. We’ll see if this ends up causing an issue in the future.

Device stopped working, I reached out to customer service and Ava was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. Sending replacement device, resolution was quick and only required a few emails. My experience and Ava were both great!

I love the unit, however, my dental spa quit working after 3 months. Waiting to hear back from customer service regarding a replacement unit Customer service was great and replaced the unit plus added additional tablets.

First class customer service. Reported my Sonic Spa wasn't working and in less than a week had received a replacement. Was kept informed throughout. Very impressed.

Initially my connecting cable was not working (although the device itself was). I contacted customer service to ask for a new cable and they were prompt, polite and accommodating when replying. They sent me out a new device (which happy to say works perfectly!) and even sent me extra cleaning tablets to make up for the inconvenience. Very happy that I reached out and was received with such a forth coming attitude. More than happy to support small businesses, especially when they deserve it. The Sonic cleaner is really the best solution in my case for cleaning and maintaining my night bite guard. The first time, I used it, I doubled up on the treatment to ensure that it was completely clean. But after that the 3 or 5 minute procedure is enough. Really good product.

The sonic dental pro dramatically improved how clean my sleep appliance gets each time it is cleaned. I was amazed how much vibration and cleaning tablets combination help to get my appliance cleaner.

Works as described and the support team was quick to respond to my questions (I couldn’t figure out how to use it lol). I’d like it more if the bowl for water could be removed to dump the water because it’s a minor inconvenience to unplug it to move it across the bathroom to dump the water. Otherwise I’m very happy with it and use it for my night-guard and retainers. Thanks!
