Really pleased to have the sonic dental…
Really pleased to have the sonic dental pod. Was very excited to use it. I brought tablets although it did come with a small amount. Great cleaning pod... however, i purchased my next lot of dental tablets 29th November (5 weeks ago) and still havent received them. Ive chased up on my order for the tablets on numerous occasions. 5th December response was “they will arrive soon”.. its now the 5th January and my order still hasnt been processed. I didnt want a refund because I needed them, out of good will they offered a second box added to my order. The latest response was “wont be too long”.. 23rd Decmeber. No dates or how long a customer is having to wait for their order or any information on delays on their website?! You can still buy them now and there is no out of stock notification. If there was an out of stock obviously wouldnt have tried to buy them. Im out of pocket and still havent received my order. Fully aware that i dont have to use them with the pod however it cleans my Invisalign so much better with the tablets and im just disappointed ive ordered back in November and im still waiting, had to chase and STILL hasnt been processed 5 weeks later! UPDATE: 9th Jan. my order has now been despatched, spoken to Ava who was really apologetic and explained the delayed reasons and offered me a refund. Ava is quick to respond to emails and is very helpful, thank you.
