I was scammed out of $4,453.
“Hi Philip, Apologies for the delayed response. Due to recent limitations on our finance department’s refund processing accounts, the refund process has been slower than usual” What they write me after asking for more than a year to get my money back. I was scammed out of $4,453. The company never delivered my order and refused to refund me. We exchanged emails for months, but they kept delaying and now won’t take responsibility. Even my credit card company acknowledged it as a scam, but the case was considered outdated. Sad that things like this still happen. Sharing in case it helps someone avoid the same mistake.
