I bought this luxury black leather sofa that really looks premium but is not overly comfortable. The cushions are so full and cozy, and believe me, once you sit on it, you will never want to get up!

I recently purchased the Empress Sofa in Gold, from order to delivery the process was as advertised. White glove service was excellent. The couch itself is amazingly comfortable!! And the fabric is soft to touch non irritating to the skin and color is on point. The only side eye is the bounce back of the cushion ( butt dents) I dont love the fact that you can see where I or the wife sit regularly; it never goes back to normal….. not a big fan of that but we’ll see how it turns out , as of time of post only had the sofa 4 days!! Overall pleased with purchase!! Would definitely recommend!

Everything I have been told by this company since the first time I called has been a lie. I called before I placed my order to let them know that I needed a certain window of time for my delivery and I would need white glove service. The white glove service was offered and so I paid for this at a cost of $199. After the order was placed, I was told white glove service was not available and it would be shipped FedEx at a time that was not in the original window of time. So I called and asked for a refund. I was told I would get a refund within 2-3 business days. After 3 business days had passed, and still no refund, I called. After the call, suddenly I was told the refund would be processed. I am still waiting for the refund to hit my credit card. Funny how when I order, the charge immediately hits my credit card, but when I want a refund, it takes several business days, then a call back to the company to get the refund processed and still it's going to take several days for the refund to show up on my credit card. Everything I was told by the sales rep before I placed the order was not correct and then, after the order became a fiasco, the time to get my refund was also incorrect per the sales rep. Don't trust anything they say as you will find out it's probably not true. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought this Empress sofa to put in my living room. When I put them together and sat on them, the swell of the cushions made me feel very comfortable. Honestly, it's great value for money and I don't regret buying it.

I lucked out grabbed the Vanilla Sectional at a super discount during the St. Patrick's Day event. When it arrived, I was thrilled to see how perfectly it fit into my living room's style. By the way, it's seriously comfy. Despite being white, it's surprisingly stain-resistant, perfect for a coffee lover like me. They even included a chair with an edgy design that I adore. Installation was a piece of cake too. Overall, I'm really impressed with this purchase.

I did a lot of homework to find a quality, beautiful sofa. Luckily, I got this Empress green sofa. It met my standards! First, the color is amazing, and secondly, the down seats feel very comfortable to me. All in all, this is a great product to buy and if you love soft sofas, you can't go wrong with this one.

Excellent service

The delivery service exceed my expectations by arriving two days earlier than expected! When I unboxed the Empress Beige Sectional, I was thrilled with the quality. The cushions were so comfortable, and there were no bad odours at all! I highly recommend it!

Bought this sofa for our sitting room. We spend a lot of time in here as a family so want it to be comfortable but also look nice too. It's the first room you see when entering the house. We were very pleased with comfort and apparance.Love it.

I stand by my review. While the issue was eventually solved, my customer service experience overall was poor. There was lack of communication then they tried to barter with me to try to offer me credit to shop with them again instead of replacing the damaged part, then again to remove my review. Poor customer service is poor customer service. The chair I ordered is fine. Not exceptional but good. The assembly directions were unclear. Not difficult, just not clear. One step said to “lock completely” the screws. I did and it damage the chair. A clear direction would have been to hand tighten the screw. Do not use a tool. The screws should not go in all the way. My customer service experience was poor. My purchase did not show up in the shop app until after delivery. I requested tracking info via email and never received it. When I reported the damage and requested a replacement part, they denied my request. After some persistence I was offered a $50 credit for a future purchase. I was very clear that I wanted only to make this purchase right. I did not want a damaged chair. They finally agreed to send the replacement part. I would not purchase from this seller again. Too much hassle and poor communication. I would not call the resolution “swift” as the seller does in their response.

I bought a really nice Domus couch from Soka Home for my home makeover, and I'm super happy with it. The couch is really good quality and it came quickly. I had a great time shopping there and I think other people should check it out if they need good furniture for their projects too. The sofa is really, really good. It is made with strong material that is comfy to sit on. The cushions are firm and give good support, so you can relax or even sleep on it. It looks really cool and fancy in my living room. Lots of people have said nice things about it and think it is very well made. I was happy because the sofa came quickly, even though I thought it might take a long time. The people who delivered it were really nice and did a good job. They even helped me put the sofa in my living room and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I really liked how the people who worked there were super nice and helpful. I had some questions about the couch I wanted to buy, and they were really patient and answered all of them. They also gave me different choices and helped me find the best couch for what I wanted to do. It was really fun to work with them because they knew a lot and were really helpful.

The absolute worst service I have ever dealt with. Not only are the quality of the couches horrible and not per the description, but the return process has been a nightmare. There is over $800 in RETURN FEES. They makes you pay $600 for the logistics company that is never mentioned on the site. And not only that, but I've been waiting for a month for them to arrange a pickup date and I don't understand why they're dragging the process out. Such a terrible experience. I do not recommended buying anything from this site.
