Soka Home Reviews

First off, this tender sofa is insanely comfortable. The cushions are super soft and supportive at the same time. The sand color is exactly what I was looking for – it's warm and goes perfectly with my wooden coffee table and light gray rug. In terms of size, it's just right for my living room. It comfortably seats my family of four without taking up too much space. Assembly was straightforward too; I set it up on my own in under 10 minutes.

I must say that purchasing the Domus Leather Sectional and the armchair was an excellent decision. The quality of both pieces is outstanding. The leather sectional is incredibly comfortable and feels luxurious to use. The white glove service was also very professional and added to the overall positive experience.

I've been wanting to buy a leather sofa to go with the coffee table I just bought, and I just saw that Sokahome had an event so I ordered and purchased it, and everything went smoothly, both the delivery of the order and the subsequent assembly. The quality of the sofa matched as well as the price, so it was a good shopping experience overall.

I have had the Tender sofa bed for two months now and it has exceeded my expectations for comfort. The cushions are both soft and firm, providing good support without feeling too hard. Converted to a bed, it provides a spacious and comfortable sleeping area that my guests rave about. They often mention how well they sleep on the sofa, which is a big plus! Also, switching between sofa and bed mode is very easy and smooth. All in all, I think this is a great sofa bed for the money.

While browsing the website, I saw they were having a sale. After chatting with customer service a few times, I decided to order The Empress Gray Sofa. The quality is great, and the color matches my home decor perfectly. Since my purchase met the minimum amount, I got a free wooden table too. It was super easy to put together and is really sturdy. Now, it’s the perfect spot for a vase of flowers.

I just received my Domus sofa and I must admit, it's fantastic. The leather texture is incredibly comfortable to the touch, and the khaki color matches the website photo perfectly with no color difference. What impressed me the most was the packaging. The attention to detail was evident, ensuring every part of the sofa was well-protected during transportation. This level of care truly deserves five stars.

7-11 - Update to review... Their response only made things worse for my experience. Not only was the experience an unpleasant one, but there was never any ownership throughout the process with all of their errors, nor in this review. Again, trust me, I would not use this group. You be letdown with quality and service. 7-8-24 (original review) I ordered two sofa sets from this company for a short term rental. I expressed that I needed this delivered in two weeks and before purchasing they said they would have it shipped to me in 5-10 business days. It took almost 4 weeks. I then received the couches and the order was incorrect. I would choose another company if you have a choice.

This Tender Beige L-shaped sectional cushions are soft yet provide excellent support. I’ve even taken a few naps on it, and it’s incredibly comfortable. What I love most is the sectional’s ability to comfortably accommodate my family and guests without feeling overcrowded. I was initially worried about keeping a beige sofa clean, but the ease of removing and washing the covers has kept it looking new.

TENDER SOFA WITH OTTOMAN is incredibly versatile, allowing me to cross my legs and providing extra seating for guests, so it's really a twofer. Since I'm a sensitive person when it comes to fabrics, but the feel of the fabric on this sofa is great. Most of all, the customer service was great and helped me a lot!

I recently had my order delivered to me yesterday and I must say the Piano Sofa is spot on. The leather is just so fancy and the color pallet from a rich coffee brown to a creamy milk like color just fits it so well! However there was some small mistake with string overlapping but I was able to get a quick resolution on it! Overall, I would recommend Soka Home.

the tender corner sectional was easy to put together, and it arrived in perfect shape thanks to the good packaging. The beige color looks great in my living room. The cushions are super comfy, and I love that the cover is removable and washable.

GREAT SOFA AS DESCRIBED EASY TO INSTALL! AND FOREMOST EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

One of my favorite things about the Tender wabi-sabi sand sofa is that the cover is removable and washable. This practicality came in handy as it was easy to keep the sofa fresh and clean. The delivery process was also very smooth and on time.

From the moment I asked for information about the Tender Beige sectional, the Soka team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Especially Amber, the customer service, who patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the product, and made the whole process before and after the sale very smooth! If you're looking for not only a comfortable sofa, but a company that values its customers and provides top-notch service, I would recommend soka.

We had a minor issue with sofa. Emily went above and beyond to help us. Customer service is exceptional. Quality is great!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Customer service and communication is so bad I am 40 days into waiting for my order and no close when I will get a refund. It was so bad the overseas assistant ir ai assistant just keeps saying th am you for your patience. After 40 days I have asked for a refund for the last week. Response thank you for your patience it is being processed. 10 days later I had to call my bank to try and get a refund. Still waiting. These guys don’t have anything in stock amd don’t communicate ever. Unless you have months to wait don’t buy from SOKA. Part 2 So I have finally gotten SOKA and managers Yuki and Austin to initiate a refund that was requested May 29th. 13 days and having to call my bank to dispute the transaction just to get them to do anything at all. Still don’t have my money back. Maybe another 72 hours if it suits them. Does anyone know how to upload email chain on here? I would love to post exactly what Suki and Austin had to say and show the timelines. Folks do not do business with this company.

I just purchased the tender sectional and love it! The sand color feels very calming and fits perfectly with my decor. It was also very easy to assemble and super easy for someone like me who isn't particularly crafty!

First of all the customer service was absolutely first class. They were very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Secondly I can't get enough of the Tender Beige Sofa Bed! The cushions are just right, soft and supportive and it's very easy to switch from sofa to bed. The mechanism feels very solid so I'm not worried about it wearing out quickly.

I purchased the Tender sectional from Soka and almost canceled my order at first, but I'm so glad I didn't. It was easy to assemble, and the quality is fantastic. For the price, it's exactly what I wanted and deserves 5 stars!

I recently bought the Domus sectional sofa from Soka, and it's not a cheap sofa. However, it is comfortable to sit on. And very sturdy and solid. Looks like it can last a long time...
