Friendly service. Car had a few bumps and chips on wind screen. Was told they were on file. On return the person looked and checked..they were on file so no issue. Had taken photos anyway. Good service.

overall the experience was good, not great just good, the car was a little on the smelly side, not sure what that was and airing didnt clear it much, otherwise it was a great rental

Firstly i i booked a 2024 Mitsubishi outlander with promo code 15% discount, but when they withdrawn the money one day before the pick up date the discount was not applied, and when i asked the gentleman on the service desk he said i cant help you need to send email and i never heard back from them. Secondly the gave me 2017 Toyota Kluger which is old and they said it upgrade cos they don't have any outlander at the moment! Lastly when i dropped the car, they charged me $175 petrol + $25 fule fee since i did not refill as i was so late to catch my flight, and the argument is the current level of fule is 1/8 full where it was just less than the half. The lady was rude on the drop off and it was completely disappointing experience. The car is old and overused

Don’t book through Booking.com I paid for full cover and then had to pay extra because that isn’t a part of snap. Snap was good, great service but def don’t recommend booking via Booking.com

Fast and convenient, relatively well priced. However, the car we rented absolutely stunk of rotting food, which really took away from the experience.
