Booking was simple and easy, the shuttle was timely and we were able to get to and from the airport without any issue. The staff member at the front desk was really friendly and welcoming and got us sorted pretty quickly. This was important, as travelling by myself with children can be stressful.

Excellant staff service with professionalism rapid shuttle transfers and the location proximatw to airport was brilliant.... I will use SNAP again when back in Auckland. The drop off hand key over recess was the only issue.... they were busy.. but having to stsmd i. Que with out going renters for 10 mins ish to drop off... not really a good look..otherwise 110% Probably need a swift jey drop box to be fair
