Great customer service, good pricing, the car was really nice.

We had a great quick pick up. The car was adequate for what we needed. If anything it would be nice if the car had been cleaned. Especially the drivers seat.

Great service nice staff

Overall good rental experience. The walk from Auckland Intl terminal to the pickup area is quite a long way, and a bit treacherous in the wet. More Auckland Airport‘s issue but… Downsides, mainly technology. Sat nav system in the car is a bit dated/clunky (for a 2022 model) and the maps were out of date, especially around the airport getting to and from the rental office. No CarPlay ect to be able to use your own Sat Nav.
