First time renting with Snap Rentals and it was such a smooth experience. There's an option to check-in online before arriving at the rental company which I highly recommend doing as this'll help speed up getting the vehicle faster. The team were all lovely and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Our car rental had a chip in the windshield, while we were using it, the chip spread while we were using the car. I alerted them when we returned. The kept the deposit and said they would email us. I called a week later after no follow up.
