Company was great, vehicle was a good price, would recommend to others and I will definitely use this provider again

Very friendly service but did not receive an age appropriate car at the Christchurch office. I have loved sporty driving my whole life but receiving a car with very low profile tyres and uncomfortable seats at the Christchurch office did lead to very uncomfortable driving. A younger family member received a more comfortable car in the same class the same time we received our car. The handback process at the Queenstown office took a long time.

Great service, quick and easy pick up and drop off.

These were a wonderful bunch of people to deal with. They were prompt in pickup, quality of vehicle and drop off. I give them full marks for going out of their way to deliver a mobile phone that we had left in the car after drop off. They delivered the mobile phone to us at the airport. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

Overall good experience, nice to support a local NZ company. Shuttle from airport was fairly easy and price competitive. Be aware though if you get a parking fine as we did in Queenstown for shopping momentarily on a yellow dotted line Snap will also deduct $50 from your credit card as an ‘admin’ fee, in addition to you having to pay the fine.

Best car rental. I am not a fan of any but this team made the difference in a convoluted market. Great cars and service

Amazing service

We got a good price on a Corolla that was all we needed. Thought $60 to carry a set of chains was a little steep as they are more like a spare tyre in Queenstown over winter, necessary even if un-needed. Otherwise a good experience.
