Fraud- Cannot get through to them again to get money back for a tv we bought that 'isn't in stock'. have approached the fraud team at our bank.
I was notified that the 2024 LG TV I ordered was no longer available, so was offered the 2025 version at the same price. Delivery was good, with regular updates from the delivery company. TV was competitively priced.
I was kept informed about my order at each stage, including installation, which was done on time by 2 very helpful staff

Great start but never resolved my lg cashback issue and never updated me i had to do it myself a member of staff was also rude to me on phone only because I rang multiple times to find out what was going on still have not you received my cashback you said you would help me get my cashback and never updated me also it clearly states on you website you both work together on the promotion therefore you should help also remember I spent £2200 on a televisions surely that should count for something
We made a mistake with the television we ordered. Smiths were brilliant,there were no quibbles they quickly agreed to take the television back, gave us credit against a new television picked up the original TV and delivered the replacement at the same time. Their price was very competitive and service was second to non. Secial thanks go to Craig for all his help.

I was originally spooked by the other reviews, but I had a great experience with Smiths TV. They were pleasant and helpful, and did offer me a newer model of the TV I was originally interested in, for a small top up. However, the TV is still much cheaper than anyone else is selling it for. I was delighted at the option. It was a special order - as they explained to me on email - which meant I had to wait for it to arrive in their warehouse before it could be sent to me. It arrived today and works like a charm. I’m delighted.
Have bought several appliances over the years. The service is always good and deliveries when you need them. Local to our village it was a no brainier when they price match. Great shame they have just relocated from the village to Southport.

Great company. Ordered a Neff hob which was a specialist item and was ordered in. Kept up to date constantly with updates and was able to specify what date for delivery. Delivered on time and packaged perfectly. Would highly recommend them.
I have been searching for a new LG oled TV for a while and contacted Smiths TV and while they didn't have the TV I wanted in stock they offered me a deal on the 2025 model LG 65"G5. I accepted their offer and within a few days I got what I can only say is an amazing TV. Right from my first email to the TV arriving I can only say their service is top notch.

Ordered Samsung Frame TV. Advised at check it was a "special order" from Samsung, With no further clarification of how long this would be. 1 month down with no line of sight to delivery they said I was welcome to cancel my order. After phoning the best information I could get was it definitely wasn't in next weeks shipment. Order cancelled and will not be using Smiths TV again.
The staff are excellent, so friendly and knowledgeable. The service was quick, and set-up T.V in my home.
