The Bosch oven we purcased (HHF113BA0B) was competitively priced particularly once delivery was factored in in a perferred date. Delivery was within the 3 hour slot given and a call was made 30 mins ahead of delivery. Chose the oven based on its depth due to pipework behind the kitchen unit which I wanted to give myself assurance wouldn't be too close to the back of the oven.
As always you did what you said and delivered and commissioned on time

Bought and paid for a dishwasher - order confirmed. Company then advised order cancelled - they then re listed machine at higher price online! Not good business practice.

I ordered a new TV at an extremely good price on Friday afternoon and it was delivered on the Monday excellent service by Smiths and their courier APC
Swift and excellent 2 person delivery of our Bosch double oven. When we discovered a small part was missing; Craig, in Sales, was on it at once! He spoke with Bosch and, not only was the part posted out immediately, but the warranty was activated for us as well. Many thanks Craig!
