The installation was on time and efficient.The Solar Panel System has exceeded my expectations.

The men that came to install the solar panels were polite, friendly and cleaned up any mess they had made before they left. They explained how to use the App, which is simple and easy to use.

Happy with everything, but on contacting RED ENERGY, they said the installing electrician should have rewired the SMART METER so that energy went to the house first. I would appreciate a follow-up call on this, please.

The Smart energy team Were extremely professional, from first contact with Mark Samuel to the date of installation was kept updated a long the way. I was surprised within two weeks of placing my order the Smart Energy team were installing my Solar battery. The installer did an excellent job, they ensured everything was working prior to departing. For me my early experiences could be considered a double edge sword. Communication was non-existent in the beginning, once this was resolved and open dialog introduced, I found my dealing with Smart energy quite good, I was kept informed and worked with staff to ensure that install date was suitable to both parties. Staff and Contractors where extremely helpful, timely and polite at all times.

Smart Energy were extremely professional and helpful through the whole process - from first contact through to after-sales service. Some companies treat you badly once you've signed the dotted line and given them your money, but not Smart Energy. The team answered all questions, maintained regular contact so I knew what was going on, followed up to make sure each step of the install went well and have answered any questions I've had since. Most importantly - considering I don't really understand the solar/battery technology all that well - I didn't feel like I was being ripped off, which all the "solar rebate" calls make you nervous about.

So far our solar system is working well after 3 months and should see good savings on our power bills. Smart energy were great too deal with and would highly recommend them.

All the staff from smart energy that was involved with me and my decision to have solar panels installed in my house have been wonderful,from the first contact right to the end of the installation and still are.I am now seeing the great benefits of the solar panels.I would recommend smart energy for solar panels and installation without hesitation.GOOD WORK GUYS AND GALS.

Georgia was very polite friendly and up to date with the information she provided. The resultant consult with Aiden was efficient, friendly and displayed a good knowledge of the product. (Solar Panels). He was on time for his appointment and presented well. I have yet to see the true benefits of the Panels and await my next Bill. The team who installed the panels were prompt, efficient, polite and friendly and displayed a good knowledge of the product they were installing.

Smart Energy is company that delivers fast easy solar panels. The quick timeline is just as they say. The installation was done as promised and the install team very easy to talk to so I could get the outcome I wanted.

The UK company trading under this name needs improvement. Communication is poor. They had to change the specification of my install and have can never provide an accurate proposal of the agreed price. They’re also unable to give any install estimate after 9 weeks of paying a deposit. Maybe they’re taking on more installs than they can handle or need to improve some business processes. UPDATE - I finally spoke to someone today from the UK team. A painful conversation where it felt a little like I had to explain to them the price they'd agreed and for what and remind them I paid the deposit 10 weeks ago. In any case, it transpires they've held my 20% deposit for 10 weeks without ordering any equipment. I was originally told mid-August they just needed the roof rails and could then install. I'm left out of pocket with no install date, and no confidence it'll ever happen. I'd recommend not using the UK based division of this company, who are trading off what looks like a good Australian reputation.

Excellent customer service . Easily available to contact . Actual installation etc. went well. Plan to use Smart Energy again when i upgrade to a battery in the coming years. Will reccomend them to other :)
