Very helpful from the start. Everything was organised on the day of our signup. We were a bit concerned about birds/pigeons nesting under the panel's, but we were assured that this would not happen, 2 days in, no action, ongoing........ The whole process was easy and we are very happy with our new solar panels.

Had the privilege of my dealings with Beth Jones, who went though every detail and answered every question we had about getting solar. I have researched it before and no other person from other companies have given there full attention to our needs. We have just had it installed by the installers are they were also a pleasure to have here and answered all the questions and showed us about the box , I recommend both Beth and the installers you use , to anyone who wants to go with solar (smart energy)

Arrived on time commenced the install found a problem with the configuration of panels. This was sorted out very quick and the rest of installation went without any trouble

From the day the young man come to our door to advise about the increase in electricity and that there was a government rebate on solar panels to when Adrian came by and sat down with my husband and I to explain everything it has all gone extremely smoothly. We were notified of when the installers would come out and they turned up a day early, they were friendly and explained everything we needed to know, they didn't finish the same day but did the next day. The customer service we have received has been the best, have always been dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. For anyone looking to get solar panels SmartEnergy is the company to do business with.
