For me my early experiences could be considered a double edge sword. Communication was non-existent in the beginning, once this was resolved and open dialog introduced, I found my dealing with Smart energy quite good, I was kept informed and worked with staff to ensure that install date was suitable to both parties. Staff and Contractors where extremely helpful, timely and polite at all times.
