The team at Smart Energy was a pleasure to deal with throughout the complete process. The Sales team was very informative about the products I rang up and enquired about from the original purchase of my solar panels back in February to my current purchase in July of my solar battery. When I rang up Smart Energy to find out if my system was generating enough excess power back to the grid, I could store it for use at night time via the purchase of a battery. My sales specialist Beth went out of her way to help make the correct decision. I had my heart set on a Tesla battery but she asked me to email my latest electricity bill so she could work out what was the best option for me. Beth guided me through all the pros and cons and why I would be much better off purchasing the AplhaESS battery as the cost difference would save me a lot of money and I wasn’t getting an inferior product. I was wasting paying big dollars for a well know brand Tesla I didn't need. You know the staff cares about the customers when they try and save you money instead of making you spend the extra money you don’t have to start with. So, I huge thankyou to Beth for doing an outstanding job. Only if all companies I rang up for information or guidance had a Beth on the other end of the phone waiting to help me. Sometimes when you ring up a company or go into a retail store you can tell by the tone of the staff's voice they don’t want to help you, you are more of a pain in the back side and would rather be scrolling through their Facebook feeds then help you with your purchase because at the end the day they still get paid if they make a sale or not. I could tell Beth loves her job and takes great pride in helping others. Then when it can to the installation of my solar panels the installation team was incredible. I was watching from work on my security cameras. They laid down tarps on the ground so as not to leave rubbish/wires/screws behind in my grass and cleaned up all the mess created from the installation when done. I wouldn't even know they have been at my premises until I looked at my roof and saw my new solar panels. I’ve had tradesmen work at my premises that have treated my home like a rubbish tip. Get in, get paid, get out and leave all the mess behind for me to clean when I get home from work. I work in the joinery industry, so I know what it likes to go onsite and represent you company. I work under the principle “If is not good enough for myself it’s not could enough for the client”. I believe all the staff at Smart Energy use the same philosophy. So, I take my hat off to Smart Energy and say a HUGE THANKYOU for your outstanding service from the start of the sale to the completion of the installation of my solar panels and battery. P.S I saw my mate's app for his Telsa battery and the app for AlphaESS leaves it for dead. So on that note I'm over the mood with the purchase of my AlphaESS battery system.

My total experience was very good from the time the salesman talked me through the process of the battery system and taking the order. The installers arrived on site and completed the work in a very professional manner. Any questions I had were answered in a way I could understand (not to technical). The whole experience was very satisfying and I am happy with the installation and the service provided.

Friendly staff Easy process from start to finish

Eli has been right there for me from the start. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Even found the answers to the one's he wasn't sure of! Since the start everything happened very fast. We had a hiccip on my end which they understood and were able to accommodate me. Then there was another hiccup but that was sorted out promptly and efficiently. The installer did an awesome professional job,as well as being very courteous at the same time. I have had my battery up and running for 2 days now and cant stop watching the app. Watching my savings ad up!! Thankyou so much Smart Energy for an awesome job!

Dallas Brookfield installed our system very neatly and was keen to answer all of our questions. Adam Rendall could not have been more helpful and easy to talk to.

By far not the cheapest price but well worth the extra money. extremely happy with our experience, from day 1 meeting with our sales consultant Ben right through to the install team I would recommend Smart energy to everyone.

Tim was great, very professional and friendly. Installation was a breeze, with a professional service.

The whole experience has been very easy and pleasurable. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The installation was done by an exceptional electrician who was very helpful and clean. I bought the top shelf equipment and it has been producing a high amount of solar power so I am very happy. There is nothing I can complain about.

The product/equipment is excellent good and reliable as well as affordable. The Staffs were very friendly and enthusiasm easy to deal with them. Very smooth service and well explained the functions and operations of their products specially the Manager. All of thier technicians and installers were well experienced and professionals. Very friendly and helpful

From the time we had Allanah visit us and talk to us about changing to Solar and battery power we knew it was the right thing to do. Within a few weeks we had them installed. The electricians were fantastic. The whole procedure went so smoothly. I love walking outside and seeing the batteries knowing we are not just saving a lot of money but we are doing our little bit to help our world.

Smart Energy was so easy to sign up with. An easy phone conversation and some online forms that I did all from my home. They did a super fast installation and theres an app that makes it easy for me to see the benefits. It’s going to be great for my bills and great for the environment.

Smart energy where the best to deal with as was there customer service and the knowledge off the product and they where very patient with me and had a lot of time to listen to me and my needs

Since I was contacted by the salesman, who left me alone for a couple months, so I could think about the subject, to the conversation of installation and final cost, there have been no problems. Come the installation, which was efficient, to the cleanup after, the installers were co operative and friendly.

Right from the initial contact with Nathan, the experience has been without issue. Nathan explained all the processes that would be required to be done. All these were done without any issues. On the installation day Andrew arrived on time. He and his crew installed a 17 panel 6.63kw system in approx 4.5 hrs. There were no issues. Andrew explained everything about the system and helped me install the solaricloud app.

All the team I have dealt with so far have been helpful, honest, informative and professional. I have been recommending this company based on the service I have received so far.

Absolutely the best experience we have had from any company. The work was completed in hours, no mess, no fuss. The team leader was very thorough in showing us the equipment and the very easy-to-use app that will allow us to monitor our energy, consumption and uploads of excess energy.
