I was not advised that a Bollard was going to be installed, and the installer arrived unannounced.

Hi, Our specialist Mark was extremely helpful and quite clear about the whole process. We had a great team from Henelec do the Solar install. They were very professional, on time and we had a fast install. Highly recommend.

Quality of service and products. Ease of dealing with Smart Energy reps and office/support. 6.6kw solar system and 13.3kw battery. Installed the solar panels/inverter over a year ago in July 2021, installed the battery Oct 2022. Easily copes with a household of three people. This morning the battery was at 72% (electric off peak hot water reheats overnight) and today at 3pm despite solid rain and total overcast day, the battery is back to 94%
