Avoid the UK company
The UK company trading under this name needs improvement. Communication is poor. They had to change the specification of my install and have can never provide an accurate proposal of the agreed price. They’re also unable to give any install estimate after 9 weeks of paying a deposit. Maybe they’re taking on more installs than they can handle or need to improve some business processes. UPDATE - I finally spoke to someone today from the UK team. A painful conversation where it felt a little like I had to explain to them the price they'd agreed and for what and remind them I paid the deposit 10 weeks ago. In any case, it transpires they've held my 20% deposit for 10 weeks without ordering any equipment. I was originally told mid-August they just needed the roof rails and could then install. I'm left out of pocket with no install date, and no confidence it'll ever happen. I'd recommend not using the UK based division of this company, who are trading off what looks like a good Australian reputation.
